One of the main reasons I chose this hotel for my business trip was its excellent facilities for training. I was not disappointed. The hotel has a few great rooms for meetings, training, and events, with comfortable seating, state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, and plenty of space to move around. I was able to conduct my training sessions with ease, and the attendees were impressed with the quality of the facilities.

Finally, the hotel's location is ideal for those who want to explore the city or do some shopping. It's situated close to the Shopping Dom Pedro, a great mall with a wide variety of stores, restaurants, and entertainment options. This made it easy for me to run errands and unwind after a long day of work.

Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. With its exceptional customer service, great food, excellent facilities for training, and convenient location, it truly exceeded my expectations.

Hotel was very clean and modern. I did not experience any of the problems with noise that others have discussed. I would recommend and stay there again. Breakfast is included and it was always very good.

Slightly different hotel with a bright and airy layout. Good breakfast buffet and a very spacious feel to the lobby and dining area.
Room was comfortable and good air conditioning meant a restful night.
Not a luxurious hotel but ideal for a short stay.

So - I stayed here for three weeks looking for an apartment (with my partner). I wouldn’t recommend the hotel for this purpose. But - it’s a nice hotel, rooms are clean and modern, and works well for business travels. The distance to the restaurant area, i.e. Cambuí is a bit too long.

Definitely a modern business hotel: bland, boring and basic. We were just at this hotel over the weekend for a student conference and we will hopefully not be back. Is water a valuable commodity in Campinas? Because this hotel is so incredibly stingy with water it is incredible. Why not have a water cooler at least in the lobby or the fitness room? Instead you have to stand and wait at the bar to order bottles of water or run up to the room to get one out of the mini-bar (so at least R$4 per small bottle). Also, the service is terrible. Last night I ordered a bottle of water at the bar and had to ask three different individuals on staff before someone got it and I was the only person in line. And this morning was a mass of confusion and slow, long lines for checkout. Knowing around one hundred people would be checking out at the same time this morning for the conference, our group of twenty offered to checkout last night to help speed up the process but they would have none of it. Everyone was forced to checkout at the same time and it took the front desk staff sometimes over fifteen minutes just to checkout a single guest. What an annoying hassle to begin the day!

Our accommodations were provided by an organization so we showed up at this hotel in the rain and were kind of surprised that there was no one to assist with luggage, nor were there luggage carts.
This is a very new, but extremely bare bones hotel. Do not look for any frills here, but for the business traveler who is on a very limited expense account, this place is for you!
The staff is very nice, the pool is lovely. The place is kept extremely clean, but there is not even a mirror in the room -- only in the bathroom. There is not a hot water pot for tea or coffee in the room which I thought was a pretty basic offer for a hotel. The bed linens were cheap and uncomfortable as were the draperies. They did offer breakfast and there is a teeny gym with poor a/c.
The lights in the hallways go on when you walk by which is perhaps "green" but for a hotel, I thought it was cheap. There is some level of security and safety that hall lights provide in a hotel -- I thought.
Listen -- if budget is your concern -- this is the place for you if you don't mind being -- nowhere! You have a take a taxi ANYWHERE.

This hotel is new, and clean. The breakfast bar is good with lots of seating. The restaurant has a nice selection of food for all meals.

The rooms are terribly loud. The hallways leading to the rooms are narrow, long, and hard material flooring throughout. Due to the H type layout pattern of the hallway and narrow corridors you can hear everything and everyone coming up and down the hallways from inside your room. The rooms have lenolium flooring as well, and the doors are so thin it's as if your door is wide open. The walls between the rooms seemed very thin as well. I actually woke up to hear my neighbor putting tings on their nightstand as if they were in my room with me. I would not recommend this hotel if you are a light sleeper.

Near to the great mall dom Pedro. They said. There are almost 2 km to go there ! You need a taxi. It's indide a liss quartier, new without anything. A desert of bed sleeping area. It's modern and poor in furniture. A little menu. If you have a group that hotel is ok in other way you are lost.

Good and brand new, this hotel is close to Unicamp and Puc Campinas. Breakfast was ok and our apartment was comfortable. The pool is very small, but the pool area is pretty and welcoming. As this is a new hotel, cabs had a hard time finding the right way to get there.

I checked in at the hotel, checked the restaurant information using the QR Code provided, which said that Room Service was open until 10:30 pm, left to go to the gym and planned to return before this time so I could have dinner at the hotel. . I arrived at exactly 22:21, I called and the attendant told me, the kitchen is already closed, I'm sorry. I argued about the information on the QR Code, he insisted that 10:30 pm was the Bar, and that the restaurant was 10:20 pm, I argued that if that was the case, only 1 minute had passed. He was uncompromising. So I went down and went to rec3pcap to complain, there was a girl (Ana Carolina) and a boy whose name I didn't write down. The girl told me: I'm sorry, I can't do anything. While the boy saw the situation, he went to the restaurant to try to change the situation, but without success. So I went to the restaurant myself to argue, and the guy who served me, I think his name was Rafael, remained intransigent. I asked him what this information was written on, and he told me "I've been doing it like this since I got here." I argued that I hadn't eaten out, to eat here at the hotel, that he should reconsider, but in addition to being intransigent, he was completely insensitive to the situation. Pitiful.
