Our stay in the hotel was frustrating on many levels. First of all, the room is very small - much smaller than it looks in the pictures. The building is quite old hence the condition of the room. Second, our room was next to some technical room and every hour or so there was loud noise coming from that room. In the night as well. Third, the bed is old and uncomfortable. So, sleeping well was out of the question. Fourth, the wifi wasn't working in the room. Only in the lobby. Was unstable, too. Finally, the parking - though organised - was full of broken glass and rubbish on the ground. On top of everything, the staff could barely speak English and our Portuguese was not enough to communicate successfully. The only good thing about this hotel was it's location but it is not worth it as there are 42 beaches in Florianopolis and hundreds of hotels around each.

This hotel should never get a review over 1 start, Poor maintenance. My room was in need of repair and it took 4 days to fix . Christian the general manager was rude to my wife as we needed the internet fixed for my business as I'm looking at places to buy . I traveled 6000 miles to get treated by this gm like my money was worthless. There will be pictures to come later as this is a real time review. It would be nice to have the owner or upper management to contact me . e.welch301@gmail,com. This is a real time review.

We came for a weekend towards the end of May, it's during low season so the hotel was basically empty which was nice. We got the master suite which has a spa tub in the room- it was so amazing and right next to a window in the second floor so it was perfect to relax in our own tub and watch the skies. Bed was comfy but found a little bug on a pillow- none others in the room though so it was otherwise clean. Price was reasonable for the accommodations in the master suite. Location is very safe ( next to a police station even) but otherwise it's a little far from the downtown Florianopolis area but still drivable distance. Over all definitely satisfied and would consider staying here again. Side note: on the low season EVERYTHING is closed on Sundays

I had a good experience in this hotel. The bedroom is comfy and clean. The hotel is well located, close to the beach and with a police station besides of it. The breakfast costs R$ 15,00 and it has a big variety of food. They have a good jaccuzzi in the hotel, perfect to have fun after the beach. The staff was great. The only problem was the wi-fi connection, that didn't work all the time. It wasn't a big problem though. It's definetely a good option.

The hotel is located in a safe area, with a few restaurants nearby. It is about 2 blocks from the sea. The hotel is reasonably maintained, but overall is cheap. The bathroom is small and there is no shampoo for guests, only soap. Mattresses are of the hard type. The "cable TV" is a joke, as only open TV channels are available. When I arrived the TV was not working and they could not setup the internet password for me, so nothing to do at night... They give you 3 hours free of a very slow and unreliable wireless connection. In the hotel there is a small swimming pool and jacuzzis for the guests, available upon request. The breakfast is OK, the typical stuff, with fruits, orange juice, chese, ham, eggs, sausages, breads and pastries. There are certainly better options around.
