My wife and I have been stayed at Novotel Leme. Since the reservation until check-out everything is so outstanding! All of staff is so friendly, attentive. Special thanks to the general manager (Mr. Rossi) and his co-workers Dayse Meneses (Reservation Responsable), Caio and Pacheco both front desk personnel. Rooms are comfortable and pretty clean. Covid-19 safety protocols are extremely followed by all employes and guests. Full continental breakfast is served. Hotel is located in Leme neighbourhood where you can find some restaurants. Also, on the roof top there is a bar- restaurant with pool. It is worth visiting the roof top. Amazing panoramic view! Highly recommned to stay at Novotel Leme-RJ!
Hotel and room is really nice and clean. Good breakfast. Nice place on to rooftop to relax with the pool. Staff is wonderfull, Alejandra at the front desk give us A+ service. Giving us nice place to go and helping us with our time in Brazil. Thank you to her and all the staff members.
Thank you Pedro for the wonderful time. The hotel has good location, good brand and nice rooftop pool and bar. If I were to suggest, small things like tea kettle and water bottles would do the hotel good.keep it up
We stayed three nights at the Novotel in Leme. We are a family with two kids aged 6 and 8 and our stay was perfect. Just to be in Rio is awesome despite all the social problems the city has. The vibe, the turist attractions, the beaches are just amazing. The location The hotel is very well located on a quieter street parallel to Av. Atlantica. Leme is basically the start of Copacabana and next to Urca, but geographicly you need to go round to get to the Sugar Loaf. A fair walk that most people will have no problems. Water and a hat is recommended on hot days though! The beach at Leme is just a block away and from there you have Copacabana right next to it. Arpoador and Ipanema can easily be reached within minutes in a taxi, if you don't fancy walking there. Corcovado (the Christ) is also a short taxi ride away as well as Santos Dummond Airport and even the bus terminal is not too far away. There are plenty of nice restaurants in the area (Italian, Spanish, Japanese). The hotel Newly refurbished to Novotel standards (used to be another hotel). Nice, clean, fresh. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. We arrived quite early after a night bus ride from Sao Paulo and the reception staff was kind enough to organize an available room for us for an early check-in. Big plus! Breakfast is good but, as in most hotels it gets pretty busy during certain times. Ask when are the quieter times so you can decide if you want to eat before the others. The pool att the roof is awesome with great views from Copa, but it is not a huge pool so it can be croweded. The only minus was the shower which hard to get the right water temperature. It was nearly boiling hot before you "found" the right position with the water taps. And it did take time to get it right! But, this in my opinion is just a minor fault. Everything else makes up for this. Recommended!…
I stayed here for two nights. The first impression of the room was full of paint smell, which they fortunately changes immediately, however the new room was not equipped at all - missing toilet paper, tissues, cups, coffee machine, etc. They NEVER answer your call, so please be ready to go down and make requests in person. We had to go down to the reception three times. Lobby area looks beautiful and staff are nice but need to be trained and the service needs to improve much better otherwise I wouldnt call this service a hotel service level.
