Beautiful and very charming Ocean Front Property, this small hotel is considered one of the best, with a good size infrastructure for whoever looks for peaceful days by the beach. Local employees are well trained and have high standards coming from an area being developed recently. Tabapitanga is by no means a luxurious stay. It is, however, comfortable, clean and has good service. The food is decent and prices are fair. The beach right in front of the hotel is beautiful and not at all crowded (even during high season).’There are “piscinas naturais” just a short walk away. Tabapitanga is a 13-min drive from downtown Porto de Galinhas... it is perfect for those looking for calm during the day, but wanting the option to try restaurants and nightlife in Porto. …

This way to Happy Ever After

Wow! What a beautiful little place. We stayed a total of 5 nights in this pousada and were extremely impressed with the quality and cleanliness of accommodation, the facilities and amenities offered. The buffet selection of fresh fruits at breakfast was delicious! The layout of the pousada was extremely well thought out and designed and the gardens beautifully maintained. We stayed in Apt no. 4 overlooking the ocean and enjoyed the delightful sound of the rolling waves and lovely sunrise views in the morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There are pousadas located nearer the main town of Porto do Galinhas but the taxi services are cheap and very reliable so this presented no problems. Without hesitation we give the Tabapitanga and its staff 5 stars :-) …

The pousada is just in front of the best beach. The service is good, the restaurant is fine, the staff is really helpful. It is a charming place, not outstanding, but charming. The swimming pools are great. The rooms need some refurbishing.

Right next to beach with good breakfast

Nice hotel on the beach, quiet and pleasant. The room is spacious but already aged, a renovation would be nice. The shower is very good but lighting really needs an upgrade, a bit dark evening times. The toilet is clean, the room is also reasonably clean. The bed is soft whereby the mattress quality is questionable, the sheets also needs upgrade. Location is nice for those with cars, is a bit far from porto de galinhas and not so convenient if rely on taxi Great breakfast and surprisingly good restaurant with more surprisingly better prices than many restaurants in the town area, we end up sticking to hotel food as the prices in the town were inflated. Nice food and good drinks. The beach area is not good for kids, medium waves and water not so warm. We found muro alto more pleasant, and the water is much nicer in praia dos carneiros or maragogi than porto de galinhas…

This is a nice, comfortable resort located directly on Cupe Beach. This is an important distinction as it is 5km from the town of Porto de Galinhas. You must eat at the resort or make the trek into town for food. Otherwise, this location has two clean pools, a good breakfast, and a very nice beach that goes on for kilometres in both directions. Also note, they only have one staff member with useful English; we had to wait until her shift to ask questions and make arrangements, as all other staff struggled even when using Google Translate.…

O trecho de praia em frente a pousada é bom para banho? quero dizer o mar é calmo? Se não, qual a distancia para a parte calma?

Sim, quando a maré está baixa o mar fica bem calmo e propício para banho, além da temperatura da água ser ótima. Também há a alternativa das piscinas naturais que se encontram no lado esquerdo da pousada, uma caminhada de uns 500m, tudo muito lindo!

Quería saber los costos de la comida en la pousada actualizado

Disculpa, pero justo hace unos días hice limpieza de papeles y tiré la factura de Tabapitanga. Tal vez si les mandas mail te pasen precios. No nos resultó caro comparado con Argentina. Los más gasóleos comían hamburguesa que es muy buena y/o pizza que es enorme pero no tan buena, para mi gusto. Además hay platos que son para compartir. Era más barato comer ahí que en muchos otros lugares o bolichitos de la playa

Hago una pregunta que no tiene que ver con la posada, saben si es obligatoria la vacuna de la fiebre amarilla o es sólo recomendada? En la web de LATAM dicen que es obligatoria si vas a determinados estados, en los que no se encuentra pernambuco pero si San Pablo, yo hago escala en San Pablo y me gustaría saber si me van a pedir la vacuna? Alguien q me pueda ayudar? Gracias

Yo e vacuné pero no es obligatoria para el estado de pernambuco. Hice escala en San Pablo y no la piden.

Gostaria de saber quanto ficaria um táxi do Aeroporto até a Pousada tabapitanga e alguém tem indicação de táxi.Irei em Janeiro.

O preço médio em março/19, pelo aplicativo era de R$ 135,00 para o trecho Aeroporto de Recife até a pousada. Eu negociei e saiu por R$ 100,00. A pousada também tem indicação, de pessoas de Porto de Galinhas. Mas fica a dica para fazer a negociação. Se vai para outro local ou mesmo voltar a partir da Tabapitanga, já negocia o pacote todo...sai em conta.
