We stayed in this hotel deluxe room. The water from the bathroom was leaking into the room. Carpets were damp and moulded. Most of the lights in the room were not working. After bring this matter to the hotel management we were moved to another room. This was not any better.

Dear by_w_thomas53 Thank you for leaving us your review. It is disappointing to know of how you felt about our rooms and I apologise for the inconvenience you faced by having to move your rooms. We do have newly renovated rooms at the West Wing of our hotel, but yes they are priced differently from the rooms in the East Wing as they are a different category. I would however like to let you know that our rooms in the East Wing will also be heading into renovation in the near furture. Our location is unparalleled and convenient for both business and leisure travelers being just a short stroll away from the iconic Petronas towers, and we offer our guests facilities such as an Olympic sized pool and one of the largest fitness centres as well that do receive very good feedback. I do hope that you would provide us with an opportunity to serve you on your next trip into the city. Warm Regards Paul Cannings General Manager

The food was good but the service was better. When ever I finished, they will clear the plates asap. When I’m at the buffet counter they the chefs will come attend to me ASAP. The seafoods are fresh and nice, especially with the seafood sauce.

Dear yalcinzferyahoo, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review of your recent stay with us. It is truly disappointing to know of the experience you have had at our food and beverage outlet and you can be rest assured that I will have this discussed with the department and ensure there are better processes in place so the same is not repeated. Thank you for the compliments on our rooms and location. It is a huge advantage being located in the heart of the city and just steps away from the iconic Petronas Towers and all other major tourist and business hot spots. We do hope you will provide us with the opportunity to serve you again, when you’re travels bring you back to Kuala Lumpur. Warm Regards Paul Cannings General Manager

Hi - call the hotel directly and ask for "Reservations" (during Malaysian work hours) and subject to availability they can ensure your club room is on the side of the hotel with twin tower views. Its dependent on what side of the corridor your room is - either twin tower view, or as previous comment above says you have a KL Communications Tower view. I originally booked my room online, then called Reservations with my booking reference and they kindly changed my room to ensure I had twin tower view.

Yes - as the others have said, you can walk up towards KLCC/Petronas Towers and there is the NZ Garden Cafe for simple rice, bread and curry dishes. You can walk towards Bukit Bintang and there is the Hard Rock Cafe - or just walk into KLCC shopping centre and there are numerous eateries and a very good food court on the third floor. Otherwise jump on the monorail at Bukit Nanas - 2 stops to Bukit Bintang and you will have no shortage of food options. There is also many restaurants within the Pavilion shopping centre and another great food court section. But for the real Malaysian outdoor eating experience walk 5 minutes to Jalan Alor from the Bukit Bintang station and choose from the many outdoor eateries....The only problem is choosing from the many options!

The kids can go there is a kids area. We took our three kids last week. They just can’t stay in the main lounge. It was great actually and plenty of food to feed everyone.
