First off, this is a review on their food delivery and not a dine-in nor stay. Service: Communication with the hotel to place the order was smooth via WhatsApp. Not much recommending required by their customer service as we simply had to follow the starred items on the menu. Packing: We absolutely loved the fact that everything was labeled even with expiry dates and placed in their very own re-usable cloth bag which makes an awesome shopping bag in the future. Duck Confit (RM 35) Unfortunately the duck did not age well in the take away box hence by the time we consumed it, it was a little cold and the teeniest bit tough. That said, it was extremely flavourful and tasty with the sauce. The spring mixed salad was nice and crunchy with pickles to give it that refreshing twist. The rosemary potatoes were caramelised beautifully though a little light in flavour but if you eat them with the duck, its perfect. Had the meal ended there, if wouldn’t have been filling enough. But with the banana cake topped with caramel sauce was a perfect finish to the meal with its beautiful texture and was pretty filling! Recommended? All in all, a pretty delicious meal at a very reasonable price🙆🏻‍♀️ Our full review is on Instagram (@monk3yseendo)

This is my first visit to this hotel. The atmosphere was really nice and clean. The hotel located near petaling street so if you want to experience the night life you can stay in this hotel. Check in was smooth and Charlotte explained to me clearly about my package and she answered all of my questions. Thank you 😊 My room located at level 15, room number 1525. The room a bit small but I don’t mind and maybe next visit I will choose a bigger room. The toilet aminities are complete such as toothbrush, shaver, cotton pad & etc. My only concern was the toilet a little smelly. Maybe it come from the drainage but the room was clean. The Ramadhan buffet was great. Thank you Chef Gerald for entertaining me & my friend. For Sahur, I requested to send my food at 5am but I managed to get at 546am and I was a bit disappointed. As you can see on my other reviews, I’m not a fussy guest but I hope it won’t happen again because sahur is something really important for muslim. Checkout was smooth too and thanks to radhan (if I’m not mistaken the guy name) He apologies for what happened and I truly appreciate that. Overall, my stay was really enjoyable and I would love to come back again and I will share this experience to my friends and family. Thank you, Four Points. Wish you guys all the best

During check in, is only take 10min and we are ready to get into room. Im travelling with my MIL, husband and 10mth baby so connecting room was arrange and thank you for the nice room with view. As we hungry, we went to the coffee house for lunch, but was inform only buffet is serve and the buffet end at 230pm. We look at the time is 2pm.. it will be rush for us to eat within 30min.. So upset as there is no other alternative. We need to get back to room, prepare everything for my baby before we head out to eat something around the area. We back to hotel at 4pm after our walk at china town.. Of coz my next plan is baby swimming session but it was drizzling.. Lucky the pool was half shaded so my baby can enjoy the pool. But please look into your pool serving, we order some small bite and drink.. but each time we got to walk in to call get the assistance. All the staff is just stay inside the air cond area.. is not hot at all.. why you all hiding inside, there is at least 4 table was occupied by the pool and inside no guest at all... Anyway i leave it to you.. maybe this is the way Dinner we went to the restaurant.. The indian lady so nice and helpful. She should get the compliment but i seriously forget her name as her name is so hard long on her tag and is not nice for me keep looking her name. But she is not tall but abit skinny. She is superb.. The next day breakfast, is very busy at the same restaurant.. we can see there is short manning but is fine .. the service is still there... thank you to you all Last we check out... thank to the lady checking out for us.. Charlotte is not mistaken. she is so helpful as she saw we have a number of luggage, she help us to arrange everything fast. Is nice but seriously look into your parking issue please.... i dont need to say it, your parking seem like alot ppl commented.

Despite being a regular to the Four Point KL, CK still managed to surprise me with his excellence level. The hotel was fully booked during the weekend due to the school holidays and water disruptions. We walked in earlier than the anticipated check-in time. CK was at the check-in counter and initially informed us that our assigned room will not be ready until 3-4 hours later as it was being occupied. We decided to wait as we will be having lunch at Quan. Not only CK walked us all the way to the restaurant and made lunch arrangements for us, our room key was delivered to the restaurant about an hour later (albeit in a different room, but we got to check in earlier ). Four Point remains one of our favourites in KL for value, location and service. Do check out the excellent Jann bar too while you are here. I would also like to thank Wan Ting and Boon Leong at Quan for the great service as usual. And thanks to Adil at Front Desk for following up on my long-winded messages through the App chat.
