This is a very high quality Courtyard. July Yang, the Lounge Manager, made the stay amazing. First, he wrote me an email before my stay to ask if there's anything he can assist me with, which shows he cares. Then, as we have arrived I told them I wanted to check-in at the

This is by far one of the best Courtyards I've stayed at. The rooms are spacious and kept spotless. My 5 year old loved the screen that provided privacy to the bathroom/shower. We used the pool and gym every day for the 4 days we stayed. The executive lounge was a nice

My recent stay at Courtyard Hangzhou Wulin was great! I was not only impressed by its superior hardware/facilities, cleanness, and other A+ facility characteristics, which are almost as good as the ones of J. W. Marriott just next door that I used to stay, but also the

It's about one kilometre, so it will take fifteen to twenty minutes depending on traffic crossings. a taxi would be a viable alternative. Not sure about the subway.

Get off from Wulinguanchang, I think. Send the hotel an email. They will reply to you

You can take train or bus. Easier to take the bus. Bus from Hangzhou East Bus Station to Wuzhen is 50 minutes. Fast train to Tongxiang plus a taxi for total time about 25 minutes.

Hi Richard, happy to help. 1) You can ask the concierge's help to book your tickets. Alex, the manager was very helpful and helped to book our Romance of Song Dynasty tickets. 2) Not sure of the distance from train station to hotel as we didn't catch the train in HZ. I would recommend taxi or Didi (which is like uber) if you are not sure. 3) Taxi to airport is c50min and cost RMB140. 4) It might be a bit rushed to do Xixi wetland in the morning but doable. I recommend the boat ride that allows you to get on and off the 5 stops. You can finish at any stop and get a taxi to where you need to go next. I recommend installing the Didi app as taxi's may be difficult to catch sometimes. Have a great trip!
