The location is good. Staff is cooperative. Rooms are spacious. Bed sheet was not clean but was changed on request. Free parking is available. Hot water available in all taps of bathroom and kitchen. Try nearby fast food restaurants.

The Awaliv Hotel is excellent, the rooms are clean and reasonably spacious, the staff are extremely helpful. The Hotel has different restaurants to choice from, all of which are excellent. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to stay in or just to visit the restaurants.

If you live malls, this hotel is the best to satisfy your mall carvings. It is in the hear of mall of Taif in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Clean rooms friendly staff but long waiting on elevators. You can reach the peak of the city by having a meal on the roof restaurant.

للأمانة انا من أهل الطايف و اسافر كثير و قررت يوم اجرب هذا الفندق ، و بكل صراحة في شقق فندقية أفضل منه بمرااااااااحل و لا يستحق ان يعطى مسمى فندق ، لا تغتر بالمظاهر I'm a traveler and I'm originally from Taif and I don't recommend this so called "hotel" , if you're a five stars then act like it , not only in the lobby but in every single detail

I booked a double room for one night through Agoda website. When I checked in, it took sometime for the reception staff to sort out our booking. I approached the two receptionist guys on duty to see what is the problem. I had the impression that they do not get a lot of reservations through Agoda. At any rate we were given a card key for a room 306, if I am not mistaken. The bedroom and kitchen was a big disappointment, since it was obvious that no cleaning has been made since the last guests checked out. I complained and was assigned a new room, (Room 413) which turned out to be a family suite. It was a pleasant surprised. The breakfast spread was so modest, I believe they can improve on this area. Got a fair value for money.

We stayed for a night on the way from Makkah to Riyadh . It is neat and clean hotel. If you have a vehicle then this is one of the best place in Taif. I have not seen taxis much in the surrounding. So probably you may not be able to move around, if you dont have your own car.(Unless hotel has some transportation arrangement). Those who are going to Riyadh, in 2-5 minutes, you will get to the highway. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is basic but enough.

This place is just very basic. No cleaning unless you ask for it . No towels unless you request. Furniture is poor. And the rooms on the front side oversee a very noisy street without proper sound insulation. The only thing that was remarkably good was the nice attitude of the front desk team.
