Hôtel magnifique en plein cœur de TAIF. Le responsable de l'hôtel accueille les clients avec un français parfait (il est Tunisien). Les mesures d'hygiène sont respectées. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bon .
Very pleasant hotel with professional and accommodating staff. High-quality mattress that was wonderfully comfortable. There are modern amenities and lighting. Overall it was extremely clean and well maintained.
We first booked this hotel with breakfast, we really liked this place and again booked it next week. The breakfast wasn't up to the mark, though we had paid for the next day too, the second day we preferred to do breakfast from outside. We booked the self-contained apartment which had 2 bedrooms, one room had king size bed and 2 single beds in the other room along with a living room. It was really spacious and comfortable. The hotel itself is nice, calm, clean and very good but they don't offer room service. So you have to arrange for your all meals from outside. The location of the hotel is good it is in the center of Taif so you can easily find restaurants and cafes within a radius of 1 Km.
Good hotel overall, rooms are cozy and clean and the surrounds are very quite The receptionist is very decent and friendly, she gave us a very worm welcome The only disadvantage is the breakfast, the buffet is very poor and if you went a bit late you latterly won’t anything to eat So I recommend either to take some snacks with you for breakfast or book it without breakfast and go have breakfast of one of the decent locations around the city which in my view the ideal scenario even if the breakfast was good :)
The hotel is new, clean, cosy, what I liked the most about it, that it’s Pet Friendly. The female receptionists are the best thing there. I can sum the odds up with: - room service clerks don’t speak nor Arabic neither English - some of them lacking personal hygiene - the wifi network was not covering the rooms - satellite channels were not working at all - Total price mentioned in booking is not the same as the one you get billed for in the hotel once you arrive
