it's cold and foggy at ramada hotel but managed to enjoy the telefrique/ cable car ride..its 10-minute to 15-minute ride w/ the best view of the Taif mountains and cliffs... you can also have an aerial view of the Ring road as it dwindles around the cliffs w/ some vehicles running like ants at far...the weather is best..just be sure to bring warm jackets and hoods ...and down the park, you can have toboggan ride or fill your hungry tummy w/ lots of food choices at reasonable prices...enjoy
The Ramada wendham Alhada is at the top of Alhada mountain when you are going from Jedah to Altaif you see it at the top and you also see the telfrik start from the hotel the hotel is clean and the food is very good the breakfast is nice the wether is fine at al hada
Our AC wasn’t working, but the only person we could talk to was the receptionist and he was least bothered. He literally said, not my problem. The phone in our room was not working either. We spent the first day and night without a functioning AC. When another receptionist came the next day, we talked to him and he sent someone up. The maintenance guy came and was acting like we had disturbed or burdened him with this issue. He was rude. He fixed the AC and the phone finally, but had a horrible attitude. The WiFi didn’t work. Nobody helped us. The WiFi didn’t work throughout our stay. We asked for towels. It took them an hour to send some. We asked for an iron and ironing board. The ironing board wasn’t stable and the cover on it was disgustingly filthy and ripped to shreds. The general condition of the room was not too clean either. There was dust on some of the shelves, and the carpet needed thorough cleaning. For breakfast, they make it look like they’ve got a lot going on, but it’s all very low quality stuff. The orange juice is orange flavored Tang. TANG! At Ramada! They’re running a total sham, and are ripping people off like there’s no tomorrow. They’re unhelpful, unfriendly, and have zero concept of guest comfort or satisfaction. The only thing they’ve got going for them is the cable car access. Other than that, there is nothing worth spending on at this hotel.…
Generally not bad but also not very good, really excellent location and I hope that the staff to be more effective and overall services to be improved . Also the quality of restaurant foods are not perfect
Where to start?...empty minibar, very difficult to get onto Wi-fi. Tiny bath. No desserts available at dinner. When we asked for real coffee we got instant. Rooms were clean, and modern. Food in restaurant not great.
Thankfully, a few Bangladeshi staff prevent this awful place from being truly terrible. Don’t go into the ‘gym’, it’s filthy. Buffet food is over-priced, the rooms over-looking the Telefric suffer from its noise.
Also known as telefric SR 42/person oneway probably you may bee the round trip in cable car that would be double SR 84/Person Group/family of five(only) is been charge for SR350/5Persons that is And the 6th person will be charged normally i.e. SR84/
To be honest for a 3 star hotel meh! When I got my room there was no lights and it took them almost an hour to get fix it, and when they did they got me white fluorescent! Ew, the restaurant "uno" really that is what you are offering, terrible, just needs updating and maybe it would not be so bad
Staff here seemed to have no motivation to show hospitality. Asked when breakfast was served and was told the wrong timings. No alternative could be made due to Ramadan. Building work started at 6am so that woke us up as well. If you wanted to speak to someone about this there was no one available. Bathroom sing was blocked. Would not stay here again.
The location is very good away from downtown the hotel is link with cable car and you can use it to visit water park and you will see nice view of mountains hotel location is close to coffee shops and restaurants.
