The Pullman Zamzam Madina is lauded for its cleanliness and prime location close to the mosque and shopping areas, a highlight for many guests. Service at the hotel receives compliments for staff attentiveness and the breakfast selection is often praised. Unlike the Pullman is makkah, the madina hotel is amazing.
Clean room with nice decor and furniture.

We got a junior suite thanks to the lovely staff. Great service from the team here.
Breakfast was lovely a great variety of food, very busy and tables can be hard to find. They could do with more staff cleaning up tables when people leave that would be the only thing i can suggest. Otherwise a lovely 5* hotel, 100% would recommend. A bonus is you are as close as you can be to the blessed prophets tomb and if you’re lucky with the rooms you may get a direct view of it. Absolutely stunning to just look at masjid an nabawi.

From the minute your enter the hotel, you can tell this is a five star establishment. It’s very well decorated and very modern. The staff at reception will bend over backwards to assist you in any way possible. They have numerous lifts so you are never waiting more than a minute for a lift. The porters automatically take charge of your luggage and give you a receipt. Your luggage than arrives with you entering the room and the porter introduces you to all the facilities in the room and services available. The room itself was amazing.
There were 3 of us and they gave us an executive suite which had 2 toilets, living room, kitchen and dining room and bedroom. The room was very clean and very comfortable.
Room service visit rooms on a daily basis to give you free fruit. Anything you need is only a phone call away and they respond within minutes.
The buffet breakfast was amazing with a variety to suit every tastebud. There is ever any queues to deal with and you always get a table. The staff are assigned tables to look after and they ensure you are well looked after.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
The only downside is that is close to the men’s entrance to the mosque and a bit of a walk to the women’s entrance. But they have a solution for that too, they run shuttles from the hotel to the the women’s entrance every half hour till 11pm.
If you are in Madina than look no further than ZamZam Pullman for your hotel needs.

I have visited many hotels in Saudi and outside and I have to admit, this is one of the best hotels.

They sent us a courtesy email to confirm arrivals before check in

Check in was professional and friendly. Room tidy and clean, good view to Al Haram.

A what’s app number was available 24hrs for support which was very considerate and approachable

Location was good few minutes walk to the main gate near the prophets place. Although sisters entrance is at the other end; shuttle was available but we did not use as both sides of the haram accommodate prayer places for the sisters outside.

Although it was busy when we went and seems to be full. All staffs maintained their professionalism and friendliness

Managment were friendly and understanding especially Naif who was very helpful and friendly

Thank you for making the visit accommodating

Im really not one to write disgruntled reviews however I only do so with hope that this message does make a difference in the future of the running of pullman zamzam. At arrival of the hotel,no bellboys were to be seen and we were left to bring all our luggages into foyer from the coach. We were then told our bookings had been cancelled and was made to wait about an hour in foyer with all luggages. Once rooms were allocated a bellboy came with just one luggage trolley. He seemed flustered and a bit all over the place. We were made to wait once again for another luggage trolley as not all luggages fit on one. Calling service from hotel rooms, the response was extremely slow if i was lucky and most of the time, the operator did not seem to understand english properly. I feel that this hotel are a little on the rude and stingy side as when asking for water bottles, toilet tissue etc, tabs were kept and on occasion we were denied these basic necessities. As others have mentioned before, lifts filled with people from Uzbekistan was outrageous. This definitely needs to be seen to by managers as it was extremely difficult not to mention dangerous to be entering such lifts especially with my young children. The buffet offered at breakfast was 8/10, however i have to mention that there should be segregated/private seating for those who would like to, also the staff in the restaurants were quite rude at some points and the range of foods offered is small compared to the likes of swissotel makkah. Upon my departure day i called operator for bellboys to bring luggage trolleys upto my room as my coach was due to arrive in an hour. Operator assured me they will send immediately. After 20mins i called again and same response. I was forced to call again, as i had no one to help me with my luggages. I have to say i was extremely angry and appalled at the level of service or lack of service given to me and my family that day. We were all forced to bring down all our luggages from our different leveled rooms all the way down to foyer and into our coaches ourselves! No bellboy or anyone who was a senior to help in sight! Once we had put all luggages into our coach and was ready to depart, then lo and behold we see a bellboy asking if we need help. Absolutely gobsmacked at the fact that this was a supposed 5 star hotel but the customer service was a zero. Due to this treatment, it has stained my experience of what was to be a blessed time in madinah. My stay at the swissotel in makkah was truly an amazing experience and was exactly what a 5 star hotel should provide to its customers. I hope that managers at Pullman zamzam take what i have written into deep consideration for the future of there hotel.

Hotel services has declined;
they do not do regular cleaning, check in time is too long.
One night, at 11:30 PM they ring the room bill and knocked the room's door waked us up to give us a welcome fruit. Amazingly the fruit was old and not eatable

Firstly the service:
Upon check in , we were given our rooms , however they were so far apart and in different floors. We called reception and even spoke to the staff and managers and asked if they could help , but they couldn’t have been less bothered.

Cleanliness:
The rooms aren’t very clean.
The cleaners only vacuum the floor and clean the bathroom. Sheets weren’t changed for like 5 days, even though we asked them to , and overall the rooms are extremely dirty. To even pray in such a dirty room feels so wrong because Madinah is such a beautiful and tranquil city.

Location:
The location is good
However if you travel with women , do take note that it is a long walk to the women’s entrance from the hotel , however there is a shuttle service operating at certain times. Overall it is a quieter side compared to the Opposite sides where there are many hotels next to each other.

Room service;
Food was very tasty and portions were very big.

Breakfast:
Breakfast was good , however there is a bit of a lack of cleanliness there as well.
There is very little healthy options though.

Particular staff:
Thank you to Muhammad Ibrahim , the supervisor for taking care of us during our stay.

We booked the hotel in November directly from the Accor application for our stays at the end of December. It was peak season.

Booked 2 rooms with Haram views for two days; 1 double bed room; 1 quad beds room. Before our arrival date the hotel tried to call me to confirm our arrival time.

When we arrived in the hotel at 5pm. Checking in through the accor membership counter. The room keys were already prepared.

The room were spacious. In the quad rooms, the kitchen was equipped with Nespresso machine and enough capsules for each day.

We booked in room dining for our family, the food is good and is voluminous. The international breakfast buffet has a lot of healthy food choices beautifully presented.

Location of the hotel is near gate 1 near to the mehrab side of the mosque. For man it is very near to walk to the prayers rows in the front. However the female area is on the opposite site corner of the mosque. So a bit further walking distance for female.

Overall the hotel is very good and recommended.

The service was very bad. There was some kind of construction work on the floor above us for 2 days. It was hard for us to relax in our room. Called at least 6 times about it. Only thing they said was: Insha Allah, we will fix it. The 7th time (4 hours later) they send an engineer to fix the AC. Cleary they totally missed what is was about.

We left the card 'Do not disturb, please come back later for cleaning' on the door handle. But still, housekeeping kept ringing our doorbell a few times.

When you call for example for extra towels or pillows, you have to call at least 3 times and wait about an hour to get it.

The lift is so crowded with people. Especially with people form Uzbekistan who are afraid to use the lift and don't know how to use it. They burst in with their whole group and push you aside. Really a lack of manners!

Hotel is near the mosque, but the womensgate is far.

Room was big and ok. There were windows, but the view was a wall, so no sunlight at all.

The only positive is that the extensive breakfast was very nice. But that's not a good reason to come back.

Stunning setting, beautiful hotel decorated to a high standard with all those little details catered for.

We were on a pilgrimage to Medina and Makkah in December and stayed at this hotel for three nights. The hotel is massive in size and is more like a glorified motel than hotel. Everything in the room was mediocre. They gave us four hard beds. The closet was super tiny with a couple of hangers. The hotel is overrun by some nationalities because pullman has a contract with them and you have hoards and hoards of tour operators staying here. The elevator situation is terrible. The first day we went for breakfast with the tours because the hotel failed to inform us that we were supposed to go to another breakfast venue on the rooftop. We had no place to sit, the food was inedible and the overall experience poor. The next two days we went upstairs and the experience slightly better. The only saving grace for this hotel is it's proximity to prophets mosque. There are however many other hotels in close proximity to the mosque. I would not stay here the next time I am in Medina. Overall average to poor place and one that caters mostly to tours not individuals.

As of my Knowledge it would be possible to borrow a wheelchair in Madinah as well as many people do buying it and then donated. But in Makkah haram I am very sure there is a lot of wheelchairs you can borrow one as I have seen there is a place closed to Masjid Haram you can just pick one from them without any fee.
