Main advantage is that is very near about 20m to Masjid Nabawi's gate 20, 21 & 22 near the ladies praying area. Families with wives and daughters, I highly recommend this hotel.

Stalls and restaurants are plenty. There are KFC and Hardee's down the hotel. Shops are nearby walking distance. You could get anything within 100m radius of this hotel.

Our suite consists of 6 rooms and 4 toilets which is perfect for our family of 14.

I could not give 5 stars as my 1st day experience was bad. The rest were good Alhamdulillah.

Perfect location. It's opposite the Masjid and near to ladies section. The rooms are big. The staff are very nice.
I didn't like: The price is expensive. The furniture is very old. These days have maintenance, so it's very noisy. Be careful about this, check-in time 4pm and check-out 1pm.
I didn't like it so much.
I hope next time when go there, they make it better than last time

Location: 1 minute walk to Musjid Nabi alayhis salaam. Easy access to ladies entrance as well.

Room: Full self catering. Excellent facilities for families including fridge, freezer, stove, microwave and washing machine. Spacious room and lounge area.

Service: Room cleaned daily, however would rate the cleaning is average.

Overall: Excellent for a family visit to Madinah Tayyibah

We stayed here for 3 nights in February 2020. The suite has a fantastic location near Masjid Nabawi, which is its main advantage. The check-in was pretty smooth, and so was the check-out.

However, the suite cleaniness is poor - we even had worms in our toilet. Even though the apartment came with a kitchen, they did not provide enough utensils or plates. Room service was also relatively slow whenever we asked for items.

Taiba Residential suites is very conveniently located very close to Medina Haram. What a gem of a location and self catering apartments are large and ideal for big families. However very disappointing in terms of service and general attitude of reception staff and management very poor . There is no schedule for daily cleaning and we had major problems with the apartments being serviced regularly and only done after numerous calls to reception. On one day , the request to clean the apartment in the morning was only done late at night and on another day the apartment was serviced at 11pm!! Even the daily service is not clean with just basics undertaken and it seems like the cleaning staff do not work under any management supervision and also no formal cleaning plan. What a disappointment. Taiba can capitalize on its great location but the managing agents appear to be doing an unimpressive job.

We decided to stay here due to proximity to the Haram. We checked in this afternoon n were welcomed with a very rude receptionist! We booked a room with city view, but our room has no view whatsoever, we oversee some sort of alley way which has a playground at the bottom.! The suite itself not very tidy, everything falling apart and the walls very dirty. You cant get any phone signal and In addition the "free WiFi" doesn't work anywhere around the suite! After Eisha tried calling the reception, and no response. Thereafter needed to make an important call back home to inform them we have reached, since both the cellphone signal n internet signal was down the natural thing was to use the hotel extension, and guess what, couldn't call out direct and the operator was an auto response saying not available at this time... Unfortunately, not that we havent had enough, before getting into the bed realised the linen was also dirty. I desperately wish we could move out to another hotel, but afriad we have already paid the accommodation costs to our agent and I don't think we will be refunded..
So in summary don't think about staying here unless u r on a tight budget n need to stay next to the Haram.

Perhaps the worst apartments I've ever stayed in. Filthy, disgusting, not maintained at all. ARAC simply don't care. I'll never stay at an ARAC hotel. Health department should shut this place down. I give it a 1 out 5 rating.

When booking try to make your own booking as we learnt the agents booking and your own varies dramatically.
Also, ask for the new apartments otherwise you get charged for the new apartment but receives the old ones.
We booked a 2 bedroom apartment, the apartment was dated, unhygienic and hardly any cleaning takes place daily, the kitchen was not clean enough to cook in.

The suites that are haram facing is better. No usb connection on tv, only hdmi. If kids suffer with allergens, please bring along meds as he will need it. Not a suite I would come through again.
