We stayed here in May 2022, the hotel itself is brilliant, has two resaturants and an excellent lobby cafe that even serves pizza! The staff are super friendly and generally make the experience very nice.

The hotel location is perfect as well, on one side it's very close to the masjid, you can literally walk outside the door and see the entrance gate to the masjid, just walk in a straight line for 300 meters and you are there. Equally, if you walk out the other entrance and go towards the north side where the McDonalds sign is, you will have two nearby fast food outlets that serve burgers, chips, shawrma, etc, so food is very easily accessible. If you then go further down the escalators you will find all the cheap markets and low end restaurants that still sell good food at a great price. But the most important part of that area is you can buy everything such as dates, perfumes, etc, at their normal market prices and not the rip off prices closer to the masjid.

So the location is great, the hotel is great, but there are downsides.

Firstly, the hotel is showing it's age, it's a bit dated, the rooms are a little dark and generally you can tell things are not in such great state of repair, for example the guest toilets (i.e. for visitors), don't even have toilet paper there and the signs were hanging half broken. These are minor things as once you are in your hotel room, it's still a very nice experience and things are well looked after there.

With one MAJOR exception, the toilet inside our room STANK. It seemed like, every time anyone else in this hotel used the toilets, our one would get filled with the unpleasant smell and it would never go away throughout our entire stay this bad smell was present. I didn't think to complain and am not sure if it was just our room, but we stayed on the first floor (perhaps that is a floor to avoid)? But I think this is very bad for a 5 star hotel. At first we didn't think much of this and kept the door shut, but towards the end of our stay we realised how bad this problem was, it's enough reason for me to not want to book this hotel again.

However, if they fixed this problem I would book it again in a heart beat as everything else was so perfect.

Visited with my husband and two children aged 15 and 10, along with my parents and my grandmother. We had two connecting rooms and this was perfect for us to be able to have plenty of room but also easily spend time together. The hotel is located within a 5 minute walk of masjid Al Nabi and we were very impressed with it.

Check in was smooth and painless. Our room were ready and in the correct configuration. They were clean, modern and spacious. The staff were all pleasant and big shout out and appreciation to all the cleaning staff, very hard working and thorough. The WiFi was fast and easily accessible. There was plenty of storage space, the bathroom was well appointed, there was a safe and a fridge. Basic toiletries were provided as well as a hairdryer.

Breakfast was included and we really enjoyed the variety and especially the Karak chai at the end. There is an omelette station, pancakes, pastries. Hot and cold buffet. Lots of cakes and yogurts, fresh fruit. Again the staff very pleasant and helpful.

We did not eat any main meal at the hotel. It was quite pricey, we did have ice creams and snacks from the cafe on the ground floor.

The lifts were plentiful but did become very busy during namaaz time which is understandable. The staff did try their best to ensure some level of organisation but sad to say some of the guests really lose all sense of decency. Both here in Madina and in Makkah I am amazed at the complete lack of simple courtesy or repect for ladies or children. Even people in wheelchairs being shoved and pushed. Not the hotels fault, I simply mention it so generally people can be aware.

It is located in an ideal location near to the ladies gate and we found it to be a good location for shops and restaurants also.

Would be happy to stay again.

Amazing staff at all levels nothing is too much trouble along with the location to Haram and all amenities close by
Hotel breakfast is well catered for at all levels and from our visit last year they have increased it further. The rooms have mini fridge bathrooms have toiletries rooms are cleaned daily The reason for a 4 star is 1.bathroom needs updating
2. Guests eating in hotel reception/ lobby why ? When you have a room it’s very unprofessional it’s not cleaned up attracts flies not a place you would like to sit and relax in evening as it’s taken up guests eating and their rowdy which is a shame as it’s such a lovely reception area if hotel was to allow guests to eat besides room then on the table and chairs in the cafe area
Where are the guests suppose to sit in evening when sofas are occupied with guests eating?????

I booked this hotel on the 9th Dec 19 and was looking forward to visiting the hotel with my wife, but to my surprise the hotel cancelled the booking 3 days before arrival and citing'card declined' as the reason. As most pilgrims are aware, at that point i was in Makkah performing umrah. I called the hotel at that point to get a clarification 34 minutes after getting the email, the team said that my card was just simply declined. This is me despite having used it already in the country and my bank had no blocks on that card. In that moment i had to booked another hotel on the spot using the SAME card as you guessed, it was perfectly fine and got my reservationg and all paid for all ok Alhamdulilah.

My only assumption is that the hotel overbooked itself and cancelled my booking for some odd business reasons or because they couldn't accommodate me. NOT IMPRESSED, SIMPLY!

We stayed for 8 night from 1/10 till 9/10 .
Hotel is situated only yards from Gate329 of Prophet's mosque and therefore excellent choice for people with disabilities particularly relating to walking etc.
We occupied room on first floor 119 and it was suite with 2 bathrooms and King size bed with 2 TV's and sofa set as well tabe with comfortable chair for using computer etc There was DVD also in the room.
Room was cleaned daily by helpful staff
Our only suggestion will be that hotel need to improve breakfast standard as it was NOT fit for 4 or 5 star hotel thus our rating is 4 stars if this can be improved then rating could have been 5 star.
All staff were brilliant and we would particularly highlight one member of management Assistant General Manager Atif we always ensured we were well looked after. So many thanks to him.

My husband and I, with our two teenage children stayed here during our Umrah trip.

We arrived at 12pm and although check in was at 4pm, we were swiftly checked in and given our room much earlier than anticipated. Reception staff were very welcoming.

The room consisted of a bedroom and main bathroom as well as a separate room for the children with a small toilet room attached. The room was spacious and clean with slippers and toiletries provided.

For breakfast, there were plenty of options available.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem and very close to the Masjid e Nabvi. From the hotel door to the boundary of the masjid, I counted 125 steps! This is to gate 16 of the masjid. There are lots of places to eat within walking distance including the larger fast food chains and smaller vendors. There seemed to be something for everybody. There are lots of local shops all of which were mostly reasonably priced.

We had an overall good experience but if I was to improve one thing, I would say that the quality of housekeeping daily was not to the standard as when we checked in.

My husband and I stayed 5 nights in this hotel for the first time as our first part of Umrah. We arrived to the hotel at 10 am as we flew overnight from London, naturally the room wasn’t readily available but chief receptionist tried his best and gave us a good spacious room after one hour. Room has good shower, tea/coffee facilities, Safe, toiletries as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. There’s nice elegant cafe in the lobby. Breakfast was nice but not that extensive or variable during our stay. The best thing about this hotel is its vicinity to the Haram, it’s located on the north part, near women’s prayer area. It’s sandwiched between the Hilton and the Movinpick hotels. Although people complained about restaurants deficiency but we had no problem whatsoever. The hotel is surrounded by KFC, Hardy’s burger, MacDonalds, lots of Shawrma & pizza places, money exchange & ATM machines, lots of shops, supermarkets, gold jewellery, pharmacies….etc Also taxis were available just outside the hotel entrance. The hotel is only 4km from the train station that takes you to Makkah.

Not a 5 star hotel.
The room was really dirty. Hazard, sockets were loose. The wires had tape around them.
The housekeeping were rude. I asked for 2 more bottles of water as we only had 2 in the room and there were 4 of us and he wouldn’t give it he said we have some in the room, when I told him we only have 2 he asked me how many people were in the room so I told him 4, then he gave me 2 more.
It can get really busy namaz times at the lifts but then most of the time the lifts would have signs saying out of service.
Breakfast was standard.
The only thing is it was close to the haram.
