I booked for five nights and I surprised after my checked in that the hotel closed the swimming pool, gym and restaurant without any prior notice. I decided to check out after the first night but the hotel refused to return back the 4 nights that I didn't use and kept the balance as a credit. I am so disappointed.

I am here on business and I am delighted with the hotel. All the staff are fantastic and cannot do enough for you. Osama, the manager is delightful to speak to. The food is lovely and the rooms are fantastic. Clean and comfortable. I always enjoy my stay with the great folks at the Milan.

I was always curious of what Habitat Hotel has to offer... as it attracts passers by with the good looking furnitures on its first two floors.. We got a chance to experience the hotel but was very disappointed. Pros - big room - near to al Rashid mall and carrefour - *other staffs are very polite especially on the breakfast area.. very accommodating (5stars form them 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻) Cons - the room smells like an old cabinet - the water from the faucets are brown that i have to open it like 10-15mins before using - we were given a very smelly (strong laundry soap like odor) linens - if you are a picky eater, not a place for you.. very limited - the people at the *reception* are nowhere to be found or hiding inside the office 😫 - room cards are very hard to use, usually won’t open on first try - a/c is not working (no heater) A MUST IF YOU WILL CHECK IN THERE: - Bring an adaptor for your phone chargers. I just saw 3 regular outlets. Others needed an adaptor. …

Allured to the room sizes and the up-scale furniture it has. I am a top tier member of IHG and SPG group, yet the room, rates and hospitality this hotel provides makes me stay at the Habitat Hotel every time I am in town. Thank you for the service and hospitality.

Great Hospitality high level of service Top Quality rooms.Great service by all the staff specially Mr. Rami, The Manager of the Hotel very prompt and accessible in solving issues. we had a great stay. Only concern was the T.V in the room it's too small.

The hotel is beautiful and elegant when i arrive i am given a list of everything chosen staff extremely nice and always smiling. felt very comfortable. it's like i checked in a palace. Great decor and classy. The rooms are luxury and comfortable Great view from the top floor. Food is great. everything is simply perfect. will comeback for sure on my next visit.

One of the best hotel in the world that I have visited. Spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent service, the food is excellent and made according to my choice the executive chef was looking after my taste and request. Beautiful pool on the roof top , very nice meeting room at the atrium lounge. Over all I can definitely recommend and rank that it is five stars luxury deluxe Hotel.
