I came in a group of 10 on an official trip, The check in took almost an hour and a half. The rooms are so dull and the walls seem to be made of cardboard. The internet is the worst, cannot connect to my phone from the room, have to come down to the lobby everytime i need to use whatsapp cause thats the only place where the internet would connect. Even the IT guys are absolutely useless, all they do is talk but they have no idea how to diagnose a problem. The breakfast at the door is absolutely pathetic. How can this be a 4 star hotel. Ive stayed in a better 2 star hotel than this. The only good this about my stay was housekeeping who was fast and did his work diligently. I would highly recommend not to visit this place.

I stayed here for a weekend. Checkin was ok. Room was below an average 4-star standard e.g plastic bath was all cracked and been repaired with filler, however bed was comfortable. Worst part: rooms are not soundproofed enough for the horrendous music that blares and vibrates from the in-hotel club! The floor vibrates until 3am of a weekend so if you’re looking to sleep, DONT stay here! Did call the management to my room for them to listen and feel the music and they agreed it was bad. Their only solution was move me to a less loud room on the 6th floor (their highest level) in the middle of the night rather than turn the music down, which was clearly too loud. I contacted the hotel management afterwards to see what they would do to rectify the issue but failed to do so and therefore, I would not be staying at this hotel ever again and would advise you to stay away! …

Me and my friends spent the New Year at this hotel and indeed our stay exceeded my expectations. The staffs were so welcoming and helpful especially Mr. Reynold who assisted me so professionally. In particular, our room was comfortably neat and very well appointed. The location of the hotel is definitely a plus because a mall is within our reach literally a few steps away. Thanks to all and can’t wait to be back. BRAVO!

I have been working 5 years as a consultant, stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and this is by far the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had. I stayed there 4 nights. Some stories: I ordered food as room service and it took me ages as 90% of the menu items were not available. I called laundry service and no one picked up. The reception calls me at 01:00 AM, waking me up and asking me to go downstairs, without explaining why - I was scared to death - and they told me they simply made a mistake with the reservation, putting another’s name instead of my name on the room! Is this a valid reason to wake up a guest at 01:00am? The next day laundry didn’t arrive and the room was not cleaned, unbelievable! In the room there is only one small towel and the furniture is super old. During my following night I hear a huge noise outside, and I realise the fire alarm had gone off. It stayed on for 5 minutes and again, I was scared to death. The hotel was empty. No one told me what to do or if something happened. I couldn’t sleep anymore. When you are in the hotel, it seems to be in an horror movie. 4 stars?? Not even half of a star.…

I came a year before, Felt that it was maintained well. Now i booked again. Never expected it reached to such a bad stage. The pictures what they post and the room what they provide is different. The service some how turned out to be bad. The worst thing is they don't have a SHOWER CAP and the shower provided in the bathroom is overhead showering panel. So they think that we need to do head bath everyday. This is a minimal thing. Btw this is a simple example what I mentioned. The house keeping never respond to the calls. I seriously don't understand how this hotel got 4star status. I really don't recommend and never again will I visit this place!

The staff was uncooperative and ignorant. The rooms are normal with overused furniture. No crockery or utensils to use the microwave. I talked at reception guy and room service manager and told them how we can use the Microwave without plate but they didn't do any help. No Wifi in the rooms. Very poor service. The Tv channels are unclear. The Playing room was closed, only swimming pool working. It's very awful to stay there with double cost as compared to other suits. Really they are cheaters that they have 4-star tag, instead, they are worse than 3 stars. Its a nightmare to have an expensive stay without any facility. I will not recommend any friend to stay there.

Pro: - Location - Price Cons: - All internal walls are of POP and not concrete. Forget the work privacy. - Very few options available in breakfast, corporate food and lunch especially for vegetarians. - Extreme stink smell in the room bathrooms.

Good for business conferences. Conference Hall and Rooms are good and big. Hotel has Gym, swimming pool, Jacuzzi & recreational games. Buffet is not so good. Very limited or no option in veg is available and non-veg menu is also repetitive. Overall People are good and kind.
