No hot water on arrival and only had it for 4 out of 8 days, and descending it as hot is a stretch of the imagination. The building leaks like a sieve and the floors in the dining hall are uneven. The advertised outdoor pool is empty and roped off. Tired and underfunded could best describe this hotel. It’s resteraunt menu at all meals doesn’t rotate and is very limited. It’s one saving grace is the friendly and attentive staff.

I am always passing through this hotel since long time and for first time I will give my opinion, he is pretty good hotel , clean , room service at time all employees are very gentle, the both girls saudi and Philippines are really awesome and very helpful , for his position the hotel is little far from big town , but it have some shop , barber, hospital not really far from . I recommend it

Very nice hotel in the middle of the city. Yes it a but old building but you can feel the touch of cleaning and maintaining the rooms We do understand the precautions measures of COVID 19 which Kh was in place from the main entrance till rooms corridors Even the sign of desinficntion kept in the room showing a safety to me In general a cozy hotel and stay. Firstly, i understand we are in the midst of a worldwide pandemic, however if you are going to take bookings for hotel rooms then you should provide what is offered. i arrived on the first night late and wanted to eat, i was told only in room dining was available - fair enough. was then sent to my room with a menu to follow, which was dropped off, and i was informed to phone my order in. i did, only to be phoned back 10 mins later to be told only 3 options available. dont give me a menu, if i cannot pick all the options - print only what is available. Decided in the morning to go for a swim in the outdoor pool, managed to walk in up to my waist before i was ordered out by a staff member. Bear in mind, nothing mentioned at booking, or check in, and to get to the pool, you have to walk past the 'rules of the pool' sign with NO signage saying its not open. instead of a swim, i decided to eat breakfast, as my colleague had now joined me, again the same farce of being given a menu, only to be told that only certain items available. waiter took the order - cheese and onion omelette for my mate and cheese and mushroom for me and was gone 30 mins before coming back with our food. you would think that would be it, but he had waited the full 30 mins until he was coming back with the food to tell me they had no mushrooms, and so they hadn't cooked anything for me, and had to go back to cook my breakfast. Absolute shambles, given another mate was staying in a hotel nearby and had full access to his pool and full sit down dining service.…

I booked into this hotel and arrived very tired after a long flight at 2am in the morning. When I got there they told me they had ran out of rooms and told me I had to go to another hotel. Very unprofessional taking a reservation and not complying with it. I will not book this one again

I am a regular at Holiday Inn Al khobar... I like the courteous staff. The Breakfast is very good, the internet is quite fast. The best part of this Hotel I love is the Buffet Dinners. There is a theme every day of the week and the food is quite nicely prepared.

Just fine, no one was found when enter into hotel to take luggage, in fact park far myself and brought my luggage at reception... Rest are fine, the inside staff especially Mr. Khaleel at reception very pleasing. Room are spacious and of course good choices at breakfast. Lounge is good but did not find as per my expectations like in Hyatt.

Very good experience, space is nice with a good reception and even side corner if you wish to isolate you for more private discussion Dîner area is large and staff welcoming Typical standard of IHG hotels and food price for value Driver are available to drive you back and force if you wish and is part of the hotel so can be added to your room Front desk people are friendly and higher up the standard of the hotel Sadly for me it will be the last time I use this place as we are relocating and the location will not anymore be convenient But clearly a good hotel
