1 - they delayed my check in for 3 hours 2- after checkin the room floor was derty and there was an old towel and no new towels so we had the clean it again 3- the breakfast was a disaster only onr person doing the omelet and no one is helping to clean thr tables and the buffet didnt have anything good 3- if your searching for a place to relax or a city getaway this is not the place at all there was kids yelling everywhere the area around the pool is derty and not organized and the beach was like a public beach actually it's even better to go to a public instead 4- the lights in the whole resort is lowwww it's like your in a the middle of the desert not only in the room i mean in the exterior part 5- lots of noises, one example they were cutting the grass at 8 am with a huge machine it's like you have a bulldozer outside the window 6- we asked for a hair dryer 5 times and no one get it 8- very far from any restaurant in the area so your stuck with their food Wich is very bad no test at all And so much more so in the end i reduced my atay for 1 day only we couldn't stay any longer. If you only want the kids to have fun and play okay this might be a good place but as a resort to relax this is definitely not the place…

The hotel is very dated. All the interior needs to be redone. Dirty old carpets on the corridor, dirty old wall paper… The toilets of the bedrooms also need a makeover. The bedroom doesn’t have a counter or desk so most of the stuff we had to place it on the sofa. It seems they kinda of upgrade the bedroom by placing a sofa next to the bed with no use at all. When we arrived to our bedroom there were no bath towels, only one hand towel. We had to call the reception twice for the towels and then we left for dinner. When we came back, only two bath towels were placed and no hand towel. We went down and said it was missing hand towels. They came again with lots of towels! So, they didn’t get our message and definitely they don’t prepare the bedroom properly. We ended up with 7 bath towels and only one hand towel. The light of the mirror in the toilet wasn’t working. Usually we don’t care about it but the toilet had poor lighting so that extra would be useful. We were told by the engineer that it didn’t work since they got it! About the food. Breakfast the worst ever. Poor variety, poor quantity, bad service. The replacement of food was a nervous wreck. The only time we had a decent breakfast was when we got there at the opening time, around 6.30am. They didn’t replace most of the food that was over and if they did was because someone asked for it and sometimes they didn’t replace it at all! And we always got there like 1.30 before the closing! The orange juice… not even similar to orange. Quality and quantity poor poor. The hotel was full because of the Eid holidays. Couldn’t they be more organized to replace the food?! The only positive side was the kindness of the staff specially Dolal and Sedik from the night shift. My husband had an accident in the bedroom and we had to go to the hospital and they came all the way with us and they were extremely careful and helpful. Thank you again guys! The management has good staff but they have to be better managed. Overall not a nice experience. Not at all a Radisson standard and we have been in many before in many countries.…

Beautiful resort with modern amenities and wonderful experience atsea beach. Staff was polite and cooperative.Breakfast and dinner buffet were superb with delicious food and variety. Sweets were yummy. If bicycles at reasonable rate can be provides it would be great as its a big area to roam about.

Security, cleanliness and general common areas maintenance. The pool was not clean. Spa was closed. Beach was small and dirty. To be honest there are a lot for this facility to work on. I need to feel it is value for money!! At the moment it is not.

The food sucks in this hotel, breakfast served in the room is low quality, when we decided to take lunch in the main restaurant in the hotel, there was no varieties, most of the options were not available and we have to check the menu for room dine in options. I think as a hotel in a place that has no restaurants around.. at least should guarantee to serve good food to the guests!!! The reservation process was so late, we were late in check in for one and half hour, because no rooms were available and they had to prepare the rooms for us and when i asked for compensation they said we can give some ice cream as compensation!!!! It's an experience i will never repeat again. Will never recommend.
