Excellent food and service. We liked the complimentary drink and corn appetizers very much. Highly recommended if you are looking for fine dining in Al Khobar city. In addition, the waitress Aakash was super nice and polite!
One of the best hotel experiences I have ever been through from great hospitality, luxurious rooms with comfy bed to amazing views of Al Khobar city. The hotel is located in Olaya district and it is connected to Al Rashid mall. Outstanding service from the beginning until the end. The Spa has a wonderful indoor swimming pool, treatment rooms & Moroccan bath. and the fitness center is fully equipped with latest weights and cardio machines. The main restaurant (Asmahan) offering traditional Levantine cuisine, and you can find a variety of Seafood dishes and amazing desserts. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel for solo and family travers, you will definitely get your money’s worth.
I loved the experience the hotel was very nice and clean . The staff were very professional and welcoming . They have the best spa in town and the best Morrocan bath !! I will definitely go back there again 🤍
I stayed 5 nights in the Hyatt in al Khobar for work and the hotel was quite good. It certainly lived up to what I was expecting from an American brand 5-star hotel. The hotel and rooms were clean, well maintained, and comfortable. I had a room looking out toward the air base and the freeway going towards Bahrain. In the morning and evenings I could see a lot of traffic on the roads, but couldn't hear the traffic because the windows had good sound insulation. The hotel is also has a walkway on the first floor leading to the Rashid mall across the street. The mall has lots of shops and a food court with many fast food counters. Overall, the Hyatt was comfortable, quiet, and a good stay. Also, on my last day there I saw a white Ferrari with Qatar license plates in the underground garage when I went to leave. Usually I see expensive BMWs, Mercedes, and Land Cruisers in the garage, but the Ferrari was quite special and is an indication of the type of guests who stay in this hotel. Maybe this might have been because it was right before the start of Eid, but I don't know. …
I would love to come again to your Hotel. The service, Location and everything are professional and very Friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. also you are very close to Shopping and Culture places.
I spent three nights at this hotel last week (30 May to 1st June). The hotel is a very nice building and very clean. The reception greeting was very pleasant and the room was immaculate. The issues began when I went to breakfast the next morning. I had my room number checked at the entrance to the restaurant, but no greeting, smile or offer to direct you to seating - just checking if you are entitled to breakfast.. So you find a seat - nobody offers you coffee, juice or explains the breakfast service - just work it out yourself.. I had two small Danish pastries from the bread counter - they were a bit stale. I waited at the unoccupied egg station for several minutes - and I came back a few times - nobody in attendance. I came back a fourth time and it was occupied but there was a que. I got some fruit - which was not great quality. I looked for a yoghurt, but all they had was a sweet yoghurt with sugary fruit jam at the bottom - no probiotic or other even slightly healthy alternative in sight. Finally as I walked from the buffer to my table, I was cut up twice by restaurant staff who just walked in front of me - almost causing me to collide into them on the second occasion - whcih frankly just seemed a bit rude. I really did not enjoy the experience and will nit return. - maybe I was unlucky, but you have to go with your own experience - and as stated earlier, it was a very nice and clean room.…
It was my first time to visit your humble hotel and I am very impressed with your service. Raymar was very accommodatiing and smart. He delivered above and beyond customer service. He made sure that our room is always clean and neat. Kudos to him. I also wanted to say thank you for your immediate response on my request and I will surely come back. Best regards.
I enjoyed my stay here at Grand Hyatt Hotel Khobar. The food tastes really good and the place looks cozy. I commend PM and Ahmed for their warm and friendly service. I’ll definitely come back. Keep it up!
I have stayed with my wife during Ramadan this year, the lobby of the hotel is stunning , beautifully decorated, wonderful space management, decent size room (910), being in Ramadan, it was difficult to asses any of the hotel services, but hopefully I will be back soon to enjoy the amenities this hotel gives, location is ideal and close by shopping malls or the Corniche. Thank you sincerely
This is a beautiful hotel with a lovely outside seating area, which is warmer than the air conditioned reception and restaurant. The food served is excellent and plentiful in the buffet restaurant. The room I had was spacious and had everything you need (including comfy bed and a decent shower). The business space on the 6th (?) floor was useful. On the downside, the location isn't ideal as apart from the mall and cinema to which it is attached, it's a trek to anywhere interesting in Dammam. The main thing that lets it down is the poor service - no-one seems to care very much about it at all. I'll try to avoid boring you with the details, but by way of examples breakfast was not delivered 50% of the time and wasn't what i ordered 25% of the time and each time I had an issue it took 30 minutes and still wasn't resolved. The phone, which wasn't working when I got there, still wasn't repaired a week later. On my second to last day, I was locked out of the room, and the room wasn't cleaned - I had to chase both. Generally, there were too many issues for a hotel of this quality.…
