This is my first time visiting this amazing hotel and everyone is cooperating from the all team clean room and amazing food and service. It’s family hotel and you can enjoy with all facilities, Definitely will be back in near future Thanks all team.
This was my sixth time in this hotel. I do love Centro Alkhobar, but I have some comments based ob my last visit: * the overall rating is awesome for me in reference to the room cleaning and arrangement. Moreover for the top roof cafe and swimming pool; they are really perfect. * I recommend the sea view rooms for the fantastic view. * some of the reception staff members lack professionalism during check in and some other requests. * three elevators are inadequate for the hotel rooms specially in high seasons. We had to wait for than 15 min to get an elevator up or down many times. I hope they can find a solution for this annoying problems. The overall rating is very good.
Today I had a special encounter to finally meet the hotel housekeeper who both maintains my clean and well-stocked room when he stopped by to pick up some shirts I needed to be laundered. His name is Dev - on his name tag. When I asked where he was from, he responded in perfect English that he is from Nepal and feels so fortunate to be able to represent his hotel employer and meet others from all over the world. Having visited Nepal twice, I thoroughly enjoyed the ensuing brief discussion about his home country. After having to leave for work, I thought how fortunate the hotel is to have such ambassadors working for them. Having experienced similar professionalism and friendliness by both those in reception and in the restaurant, I will be sure to return to this extraordinary hotel!…
check in time is too long around 2 hours ! and no apology or welcoming drinks was provided. bathroom accessories are shortage such tooth brush and towel hanger in shower area . break fast is not allowed to serve in room if you are going to take from open buffet in ground floor so you can not take food to your room just eat in ground floor . .
I had a bad reception experience as I had to spend a long time doing the check in process and I didn’t like their room services as it takes forever to get whatever you need. The receptionists are not friendly however you get to have a late check out till 2pm. The room is very small comparing to the price.
After staying to relax in business trip on 04/18/2022 at Room number 717 , I had received a call (013 821 9111) from the hotel one night later that there is an alarm watch lost from room where you were staying, the receptionist said " did you take that watch" , my answer of course No, why I will take something I did not see, however, this the first time I face such problem in my life a hotel ask about something I never see before in any other hotel. I advise everyone wants to book in such hotel, please ask the hotel's owner about what are the antiques you have in your rooms to avoid any shaming accusations after checking out.

The hotel is nice the facilities and environment is professional and the staff is friendly specially Jabed his wonderful guy with great skills and very welcoming attitude , also i would be thanking the F&B guys and HK also front desk they all good definitely recommend it.
I had three rooms booked on account of business conference with my colleagues in Shariqa. Sleeping around noon time my room was barged into by the cleaning staff. Even after having put up the inside lock.... I felt violated and came out and lost patience. Only to be told time and time again by the manger ( of what a joke of customer service) that I should have put do not disturb sign!!! I am appalled, never in a million years I would have thought this would happen. Instead of explaining themselves they give me ultimatum to leave premise. I know and Believe that I will never will deal with this brand after what they did. I don’t believe in writing words. With such a lacisdcal attitude they have lost me as business. Personnel trained to deal with guest is non-existent and it shows. A person in distress is dealt with and not intimated with statements like :” is it your first time in a hotel” or some humiliating manner.…
Especially Mrs. Rafal at the reception, very helpful and elegant in dealing, the rooms are beautiful, the cafe on the top floor is very wonderful and the view is distinguished, I will repeat my visit again, and we wish her permanent success, thanks for the very interest.
