Stayed there for 10 days in Oct 21. Great location, great gym and great breakfast buffet. However lunch/dinner options are quite limited but there are a few nice places/restaurants within walking distance

Very poor service, room n guest services. If u can , choose better. The food is average staff cold to any requests to whatever add on you want , overall a below average place to stay when visiting damman .

My overall rating of my stay is excellent which is expected from Sofitel Chain. The premier location of the hotel along with the extremely friendly and professional staff have added an extra level of comfort and feeling home. I would like to express my immense debt, appreciation, and gratitude to Ms. Noor Alluhaidan, the assistant guest relation manager, for her warm welcoming, and smoothly professional performance that helped my family and me in having an excellent feelings, comfort and relaxation. She also gave us a very useful guidance about the city and how to enjoy every moment throughout our stay. All due thanks and respect to her (in particular), and all the front office staff in general.

best location, huge balcony with a direct view of the sea and friendly staff especially Haris. maybe not the best rooms but at least they have other positives to make up for that. highly recommended .
