The location and appearance is good parking issue was seen. Front desk staff was OK but kitchen and restaurant staff was bad. Overall experience was satisfactory need some drastic improvement. Staff need training to welcome guests.

Room cleanliness was not good. There were things left by the orevious occupants which were not removed by the staff. Essentials such as dental kit and grooming kits were not provided. Reception staff and front desk staff is really supportive. Location is great and property overall is satisfactory. Food quality can be improved.

Please don't visit RAMADA hotel. food not at all good. Very tasty less food. Dear , I bought 2 Vouchers for RAMADA hotel. on the Voucher it was clearly mentioned about Buffet. When we visit hotel, there was no buffet, no food Menu, no one to serve the food. finally after some long discussion we try to order few items below. Chicken Biryani, Chicken Grill, Fish Grill, Soup. We paid : 160 SAR foe these 4 items We were waiting more than an hour, after asking several time they started with Soup. here we like only fish. we tried to order one more then they refused to get. They told its not buffet system, we only serve 3 Main dishes for 2 Vouchers. We got surprised. 1st time in my hotels visit this type of hotel i have seen. We are totally disappointed with this hotel. Very taste less food, not at all Good. We need any other hotel Vouchers with Best deal or what ever the best You can do for me. Please we are not at all happy with the Voucher amount we paid. more over no fruits, no cakes for kids, no drinks, No coffee nothing.. Please Don't visit this at all.…

Location is good for our destination but not good for social life. The room's facilities are limited No convenience stores or restaurants nearby. Staff is good at somehow, they look new with very few experiences to handle issues.

It was my first time at Gulf hotel spa and I did like it very much. The spa which have an excellent speace for Juckuzi and water treatment specially the 3 rooms with the rain forest were wooooooow. I took one hour massage and then cooled down at the relax area.. an experience which I will repeat again and again and even I will give it to my family members as birthday gift .. well done the Spa

The Hotel is excellent: very clean and beautiful. There is a great buffet in a lebanese restaurant, very rich in the weekend at the great brunch. Staff very well trained and availability, in particular at the Receptionist the blondie young girl (if I remember good her name is Ekaterina or something like that) is the best!

I always stay in it while traveling from and to my work. the rooms is clean and food is above average. It's not near an shopping places our malls u have to use a taxi. The front desk staff are friendly and helpfull
