The hotel is new, rooms are super clean and specious; suitable for big families. The staff is nice, friendly, and cooperative Dhahran Mall is a cross the street and around the hotel there are too many nice restaurants and coffee shops

Well , very clean , nice breakfast and multiple, the reception was so friendly, MR.Hasan he was the best and so helpful and he gave us late check out But,,,,the service was slow , the room service and house keeping never never answer the phone , and I ordered water many many times but they didn’t bring it .

Really Great structure, placed in front of Dhahran mall. Clean and all personnel very kind. Great swimming pool on the roof top! Awesome breakfast with a large variety of food. Structure very clean and starbuck in the hall for a quick espresso always available

I was there for few mounths. Clean rooms daily, no noise so that helps for good sleep and great stuff team especially in the restaurant. I would recommend the hotel and will be backt here for sure in my next trip to saudi.

Overall an excellent experience, stay was so comfortable and safe. Good location, very good service, good staff, good assortment of breakfast. My recommendation is to provide a fruit basket and two half liter water bottles.

We stayed at the King Suite to celebrate my son’s 1st birthday. The room was spacious, clean, and it has a huge sofa bed with extra pillow and blanket. Our towels and drinks were changed and refilled daily thanks to the very nice housekeeping guy. (I forgot to get his name). There was a separate gym for ladies which was a plus, and a separate times for ladies and gents at the pool (i wish the ladies time was longer). The only thing I wish they changed was the breakfast selection at the restaurant. It was very limited, and the taste was so-so. The pancakes and waffle were so tiny and flat (not fluffy). On the 1st day there was no beef bacon available but on the 2nd day it was available. The cheese omelet was over cooked and lacked salt. Overall it was a comfortable and fun stay for my family and we would go again except maybe for the food. …
