I booked a suite for 3 nights through their website and They called me twice to confirm. When I arrived i was surprised that my reservation was cancelled!! For no reason!! After 30 minutes of discussions They gave me an upgrade. The beach is dirty and the check out took forever eventhough there were 3 receptionist on the desk

We had a terrible time in Nov 2019, few women insulted my family on the beach. The manager showed up, apologized and offered us free voucher for sea activity (Jet ski) with no validity date, and confirmed that we can use it at anytime.. Few weeks later mid Jan 2020, we went there, the manager himself refused the vouchers saying we had some policies and management changes!! The manager, speaks bad about the hotel client and resident!! I have reached their hotline phone number, no proper response till writing this review..

I love the unit where we stayed, accesible to the pool and the beach, sitting in the veranda while raining was such a nice experience. There were aqua sports which we were not able to try because it was raining. As it is in Saudi Arabia, modest swimming attire must be worn. We enjoyed playing in the beach while posing under the rain.

Worst and dirtiest beach i’ve seen in a hotel. If you plan to book this hotel for swimming in its beach dont do it. One more thing The beach is very small And on top of its been crowded with kids running around for happy times, they brought in a horse for rent for ride What a way ???

Braira offers a sweet respite after a long drive along the king fahd highway aziziyah. The lobby is perfumed by refreshingly subtle citronella and a pedestal of beautifully coiffured fresh flowers. The ambiance in the coffee shop on the leftside of the main lobby is refreshingly cool yet quaint. The service is like coming home to a hearty meal, full of smile and familiarity. Highly recommended, drop by as you like.

We spent half a day here. Entry was SAR 120 per adult and SAR 60 for kids. The seaside pool was very nice. The small beach area was nice and excellent for toddlers and children, as the water doesn't exceed 30 cm depth. The entry fee included food order of the same value. Food service started around 5pm and consisted mainly of barbecue which was delicious with nice portions. Staff was courteous, and the place was clean. There were jet ski rentals at the beach. There were a lot of crabs in the water. By 6pm, it started getting a little too crowded for me.

We decided to visit this place and eat our lunch. Since we have a very huge family we seldom find a cozy place where we can all be accomodated properly and served well. This place is so accomodating and very child friendly. Our two romboxious boys where treated with chocolate milk shakes and mickey mouse pizza that made them stay put. The food where at par with classy restaurants in an affordable prize. The place was cozy; you can even take a stroll in their patio that is relaxing and breath taking at the same time! All in all i give this place 2 thumbs up for being a hidden gem by the bay.

The room was clean. The room had amazing wide smart tv and clean kitchen utensils. The bathroom was clean with hot water for showering. They provided us with a fruit plate and a dessert the night we arrived. There was construction work being done next to the resort which caused noise while sleeping. In addition, the beach area was limited.

Hotel is great for families and couples. Food is very good with affordable price. Chef Ibrahim does is with excellency. All guest rooms have kitchen and complete kitchen utensils. You can bring your own stuffs and you can cook inside the room. Hotel has a large pool and plenty of water activities. Great time we had in this hotel.
