Had a comfortable stay. Very helpful and friendly staff at the reception. Housekeeping crew is super attentive, friendly and does a great job. Nizam Uddin was always there to help out and provide a very good service.

My family stayed from June 7-16, 2022. Searin, from the front desk, is efficient and helpful. Gilbert, from the restaurant, is friendly and warm. Danesh and Joel, both from housekeeping, are always ready to assist us with our housekeeping needs. They made sure we had a good stock of water and towels. Amr, the guest relations manager, is exceptional. He is always smiling and friendly. The hotel has a young and fresh vibe. It’s great for business and pleasure stays since the Dhahran Mall is right across the property. We liked our stay so much that despite having reservation in another hotel, we decided to come back here (June 21, 2022). ❤️

Arman, Jilani, and Manik they very friendly staffs at the restaurant and they served guests very well. The restaurant just fits my taste buds, however the sphageti pasta was once way overcook. The reception staff are friendly too.
