I stayed in this hotel only a short time this month, but as usual it was a great and relaxing experience. For me the stay in Hilton Leningradskaya is like coming home again. Extremely friendly staff very helpful and always there to help you. Thanks for the wonderful stay.
Very nice and comfortable hotel in a great location. My preferred go-to when in Moscow for business. A short cab ride to center, Leningradskaya station and AeroExpress to Sheremetyevo are walking distance. Rooms are nice and spacious, and the breakfast selection is very descent. Never had a problem staying here before, and always choose this location when visiting.
I booked this hotel initially based on price and then realized that it was in one of the Stalinist seven sisters buildings which is an attraction in itself. As an added draw it is situated very close to Leningradsky Station where trains from St Petersburg arrive into Moscow. Close enough to be seen when exiting the station and about 10 minutes walk most of which time is spent standing at the two incredibly slow pedestrian crossings along the way. (Without those it would be 5 minutes at the most.) There is no sign showing where to enter the hotel but once found the hotel's lobby is a cavernous, gold plated extravagance with huge chandeliers. Exactly, what one would anticipate in this type of building. The multiple front desk staff that I interacted with over my 2 night's stay all spoke good English and went out of their way to be helpful and charming. They could give a few lessons to Hilton staff in other geographies. I was upgraded to a larger room on a high floor based on Hilton Gold status which was perfect in an old fashioned, corporate hotel style. A big bed, desk, lounge chair, and minibar plus enough room to move around without bumping into anything. The bathroom had a shower and tub with the toilet in a separate room. There were two big windows with a "city" view. I suspect that all rooms have a city view given the location and Moscow's sprawl. My tariff included breakfast which came as a good buffet with lots of choices. I was also able to use the executive lounge based on my status. It was fairly simple compared with some but adequate with dinner served each night from 6-8 PM. Once again, the staff in the breakfast restaurant and the executive lounge were proactively helpful and charming. There is a metro station in Leningradsky Station with 2 lines giving easy and fast access to the central city area. I was very pleased with this hotel and particularly compliment the staff for making me fell welcome and well looked after. I will definitely return when next in Moscow.…
The Hotel I Stayed In Between November 08-10, The Rooms Are Clean And Neat Building And The Lobby Structure Is Magnificent, The Only Thing I See As Missing And Wrong Is 1950 Ruble ($27) Full Breakfast Charge For A Cup of Tea, Concentrated Apple Juice and Croissant Breakfast I am of the opinion that your employees in your hall should be more careful and sensitive about customer satisfaction, everything else was very nice. I would like to thanks your Lobby Staff İMED and Reception RAFAEL for their interest and hospitality.
Beautiful hotel in one of the Seven Sisters, conveniently located across the street from 3 railway stations and the metro. Amazing service, much better than I typically experience in the US. Staff was friendly and helpful, even before my stay. I highly recommend the Hilton Leningradskaya!
