In April me and my husband went to that hotel for a stay. We booked it through Hotels.com and got an email that for stay we will need Government issued ID , which we had with us (our USA ID) , and credit card we payed with. But hotel not only denied our stay , but charged us for that because they needed different documents (photocopies of those documents that I had with me didn’t work for them either) . So in the end of the day being 7 months pregnant I got exclusively stress and disrespect from this place. The lady on the front desk did promise us they will return money, but it was until another lady came and “changed her mind” I was lied not once and not twice about who is manager in the hotel and I never got chance to talk to manager because they kept changing their “opinion” of who really manager is. I never had deal with such a bad experience and service. By the way , in hotel few steps away everything was perfectly fine with documents we had.

Subway is in the same direction. And yet while being in the very centre, it is quiet place, as it's "hidden" in between small streets. I highly recommmend

This is an excellent hotel with friendly, efficient staff plus comfortable rooms. In addition, the food in the hotel restaurant is quite good. The hotel is in a great location, only a short walk to the Kremlin.
