i stayed one night and found it to be value for money. The hotel restaurant has good range of food including Indian food. it located very close to sea and one can just cross the road and is on beach. I think they need to improve in terms of towels, bed sheets, etc. of room. Located on the road to airport, so one can reach airport in 15 minutes.

The place is excellent, you come in as a guest and leave as a friend. The Owners, Mr and Mrs Nitin, are great people, hands on and are always looking after you. Their guests are priority number 1.

I stayed in the king room with sea view. The room was serviced/cleaned everyday and my experience had been great.

The restaurant serves good food, with a mix of indian cuisine and local. They have a proper grill with coals burning everyday and I can only say that it has been fantastic.

Ranis Hotel is a clean and affordable Hotel for leisure and business travels.
While the Hotel is old, it is well maintained. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are huge. The 2nd floor offers spectacular views of Indian Ocean. The Hotel is just across the road from the beach and one can have a leisurely stroll on the beach .
The Hotel Offers a lovely restaurant with the specialty being Seafood.
Unfortunately, the restaurant is not halal , so there is a limited choice on the Menu for Muslim Travelers . The Hotel is great for a short stay.

A pleasant family run hotel, reasonably close to the airport. Well suited to business travel.
The hotel is genuinely clean, and decor very pleasant.
Staff helpful and friendly.
Free WiFi for guests.
Pleasant location.

Rooms:
* Sea front rooms are spacious, and inviting. Would certainly recommend, if staying morùe than one night or if double occupancy.
* The central rooms off the landing with no natural light. (Windows opened onto the landing.) Felt like a cell, even though decor's pleasant.
* Rear rooms with outside windows allowing natural light, are truly only suited to single occupancy, or for a couple for one night occupancy.

Food and Drink:
Good, but a bit expensive. Pizza to be recommended - excellent. Breakfast sadly only includes Ricoffy ... one has to order and pay for 'real' coffee separately (100 Mz a cup).

This small hotel was built by the owners and till today fully managed by them in a full amicable environment! It is a family business.
The rooms are clean and fully equipped with all needs for a business trip.
The employees are conscious of their duties and the policy is to do the best for the guests. They don’t measure efforts! The same applies to Owners while guiding them.
The restaurant is something special – if you like grilled seafood, this is the place!
If you are looking for a friendly and family environment associated with good food and wine – this is the place!
