We were being greeted with royalty the day we arrived. Yeshwaree,Nuvin and Akshay were there and went all the way around to fulfull our request. Welcoming our friends. Food variety were there. We recommend this resort to others and will be glad to stay at the sofitel.

Had an amazing experience in this beautiful property. The staff is super cooperative as I’m pure vegetarian and they dn’t have much veg. options in their menu still they provide me good veg meals. A great place for relaxing after 10 days’ intensive hike in La Reunion. Different diner options, especially the Japanese one. Amazing breakfast with hug variety, and most important, there the best massage I have ever had!! Don’t miss it when you are there.

The experience was simply amazing in an idyllic location. The room itself was spacious and of a high standard. We had a half board, breakfast and dinner, and the quality of the food was superb. The service that we received from the staff was truly awesome and exceeded customer expectation. Everyone was so eager to make our stay a special one. Big and special thanks to Ruben, Pravind, Steve and of course the hotel General Manger, Kamal who leads by example. Thank you Sofitel for making us feel so welcome and for the good times. This hotel was fantastic, our room was big with a super king size bed that felt like I was floating on clouds, the only disappointment was the tea and coffee in the room - not quality enough for a 5 star hotel. We had half board, breakfast and dinner was great with a lot of choices, quality ingredients, superb French bread. The adult pool was warm and relaxing with a swim up bar, and the beach and facilities are excellent. We thought the drinks were over priced, they were like London prices which we were disappointed with. 5 restaurants, I asked about the Japanese one but the man on reception was very unhelpful and cold, he just kept telling me, you need to pay and processed to throw the menu at me, he never mentioned that as we were half board, you get money towards the bill, I had to revert to ‘trip advisor’ to see this information, which is very poor and very bad service, apart from him, the staff was very friendly, helpful and a professional. A shout out to the buffet restaurant manager, what a nice guy, really professional and took time to talk to us, checking all was ok for us, he’s great at his job. Shout out to the bar man at the adult pool, he was really friendly, professional and welcoming, great addition to the team. Overall I would have liked to have stayed there longer, excellent hotel.…

It's a wonderfull hotel and all my familly have spend a beautiful moment there. We have been welcomed by heartly people. The reception,restaurant,pools,gym,boat house especial pool for couple was wow...
