An award-winning boutique hotel in the core UNESCO Heritage Zone of George Town, Penang, truly presents its charming history and cultural richness by its Moroccan, Spanish, Indian and local flavoured interior decor. Especially services were really good. Foods from all over the world were nice and deliciosus. Personels of the hotel were really careful, thank you all. It was an amazing experience for me and my friends.

Hi, I would recommend you confirm with hotel but if I recall correct the loft room has stairs to reach it but I am not sure about the family suite. We stayed in double room on ground floor and if it is an option for you they may be able to give you two rooms next to each other. Good luck and hope you enjoy your stay. Regards Francois

You need to call the hotel so that they can reserve a parking space for you. However you will need to buy your own parking ticket as it is not private parking. Not sure if the parking space got enough space for 4x4 as the space is quite small.
