Basically we had not a hotel room but rather an Italian style villa right on the edge of a cliff. Fantastic views from the room and from the main dining area. The manager wasn't there but Nicole, in charge of housekeeping, took care of us....More

The drought is mostly over and the herders and their livestock who were going through Kalama in the last few days (and using also Samburu Nat Reserve as their grazing grounds) are also leaving thanks to the combined efforts... More

We provide transport to the lodge to visitors who fly in. We meet the clients at the Kalama Gate if they don't have a 4X4, but normally we have guests coming all the way to lodge, through an "interesting" but not challenging... More
