It is within walking distance of the Osanbashi pier which is where I believe NCL docks, but it is a little on the long side - around 20 minutes walking. According to Google maps, you could catch bus #26 and cut it down to under 10 minutes of walking. The area is pleasant, so if you are into walking... I am sure that taxis are an option also. Hotel Edit is a good choice for a simple, slightly upgraded Japanese "Business hotel" experience, I had some business close by and it was perfect. You might look at the Hotel New Grand, Yokohama for a little closer to Osanbashi Pier, around 12 minutes walk, and in 2016 we got a very good rate for a Tower Bay View Double with a great view. Enjoy Yokohama!
