The rooms were nice. The lobby was great, with a really nice whiskey bar and restaruant. Close to the train station. English wasn't a problem at all with the front desk staff. And they were very helpful. Noge Alley, interesting night life, is very close...More
We stayed at Hotel Edit after having been tipped off by our long-time favorite hotel, Anteroom in Kyoto. Edit is a sister hotel located in a convenient, clean, and active area in Yokohama - close to great restaurants, a picturesque river, and convenient shops. It...More

I have stayed in Hotel Edit in Autumn of 2015. I found the hotel staff really nice and I especially loved the overflowing coffee 24/7 at their lobby! So when we had the Soroptimist International Convention this Summer (July 2018) in Yokohama, I didn't hesistate...More

It is within walking distance of the Osanbashi pier which is where I believe NCL docks, but it is a little on the long side - around 20 minutes walking. According to Google maps, you could catch bus #26 and cut it down to under 10 minutes of walking. The area is pleasant, so if you are into walking... I am sure that taxis are an option also. Hotel Edit is a good choice for a simple, slightly upgraded Japanese "Business hotel" experience, I had some business close by and it was perfect. You might look at the Hotel New Grand, Yokohama for a little closer to Osanbashi Pier, around 12 minutes walk, and in 2016 we got a very good rate for a Tower Bay View Double with a great view. Enjoy Yokohama!
