Mariam and her team were friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the facilities were the best. Lying by the pool, grabbing a beer, reading your book. Matthews was always ready at the bar, Gladys prepping our breakfast in the morning. Mariam gave us great info about the town and activities. Really comfortable stay!

Fawlty Towers is an excellent place to stay if you looking for a cost effective place with all the basics you'll need and also nice and close to the all the best restaurants and bars. They also have great food at their own little cafe

Shanae159, thank you so much for your lovely feedback. It's so nice to start receiving reviews again, and especially such positive ones. 2020 has been a tough year for tourism and we were so glad to have a moment of what seemed like normality over the recent holidays. Thank you so much for staying with us! Wishing you a safe and sane 2021. We hope to see you visiting us again in the future. Thanks again, Elissa

Central location across from malls & eateries, safe to walk. Secure site with parking. Incredibly comfortable, clean, hygenic premises with nice pool, prestine gardens & professional friendly staff. All activities were arranged on site. Would recommend deluxe rooms for aircon , as budget rooms have fans.

Hi dgray483649, Thank you so much for such a fantastic review. In these challenging times, it is always difficult to please everyone especially due to the many restrictions we have to follow to protect all our guests and staff. Your review goes a long way in giving us the knowledge that we are on the right track. Thank you again for such a great review and we are absolutely thrilled that you enjoyed your stay. Stay safe and all the best.

From the outside this place looks average, however once inside..WOW!! It is an oasis of peace and quite (considering on a busy road), lovely gardens, pool, Basil (has to be!) cafe and great rooms. The staff were polite, welcoming and happy to help. The food in the cafe was superb, nice bar/lounge area, self catering kitchen area, really clean pool, free pancakes in the afternoon and clean with AC rooms. What more do you need?! Great location with restaurants, museums and supermarket in close walking distance.

Thanks so much Chris W. What a lovely review! We so appreciate that wonderful feedback, especially as we have been short on reviews this year, due to the pandemic and people not travelling. Have a magical Christmas and hoping 2021 is a good year for all. With best wishes, Elissa Foreign Relations Liaison Manager.

We are the first people arrived here after the lockdown. So some things still getting to order, but we where well taken care of. As a traveler very big consideration is the bed and shower, they are good 😍. The shower is strong which I love the most. After long day out is really nice to have hot strong shower. The place is neat even they still arranging stuff. They only free coffee in the morning these times I guess. Inside the room they provide insect spray, bed mosquito net, towels, tissue, soap and air-conditioning. The staff are friendly and nice. I did try the facial here and it was okay, by Polina. The one week here is so chill make us rested alot after along travel. The ambience of the garden and pool makes us feel at home, quiet and relaxing. Very convenient location bcoz there's big supermarket, restaurant, fastfood just cross the road. There's cute chubby cat also 😍. We really like this place alot.

Dear Dethnina Thank you so much for your review. You go down in Fawlty Towers history as being the first guests to visit us when we reopened after 6 months of closure due to the Covid pandemic. Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us and thank you for the lovely compliments and your understanding that we are still getting things back in order after our long closure. We are so glad you had a lovely time and felt at home here. Thanks again! You've made our day! With best wishes, Elissa Foreign Relations Liaison Manager
