We were visiting Hoi An for the first time and decided to stay at Hoi An Historic Hotel initially for 3 days. The venue is fantastic, it is close to the old city, the river, loads of eateries and finally the beach. The property hosts amenities like spa, swimming pool, a wine bar and an in house restaurant. Our welcome was made extra special by Ms. Huyen, who was very friendly and kind. She told us about the city, good places to eat, tailors to get our suits stiched and about property offerings. There was never a moment when she did not have a smile on her face. All the staff were fantastic and always prompt with our request. We pampered ourselves at the Spa and enjoyed our mani and pedi's. Finally we got to meet Ms. Diana, who is the Client relationship manager at the property. Diana was sweet, friendly and generous. She was keen to ensure we had a good stay. As we loved the property and the staff, we decided to extend our trip by another 4 days. On the day of our de[arture, the staff had ensured that our car was ready at 4.30 Am, to our surprise, they had also packed us take away breakfast bags. It was a heartwarming and a generous act from their end. I highly recommend this place and we are sure to go back as soon as CV19 issue is over. :-) Thanks Diana and Huyen for making our holiday so memorable.…
lovely hotel, very restful and zen, rooms good, slightly in need of a refurb. Breakfast good selection, grounds and pool good. The hotel is close to the old town, just a 10 min walk, and a short drive to Am Bang beach so an ideal location.
Love the position of the hotel, it’s spacious with beautiful gardens and a great big swimming pool. In walking distance to the old town and river. Excellent room , and would love to take the comfortable bed home with me. Staff was very efficient and thank you Diane, the customer relations manager, for your friendly wrlcome.
The staff were very attentive even we are the last few guests at the resort because of the present crisis. Would definitely recommend it to our clients as I myself enjoyed because of the sincerity of the service. Kudos as well to the Guest Relation Manager, Ms. Diana.
It's a lovely hotel, clean and spacious, well laid out. They're located very close to main old town in Hoi An and so its a perfect walk back-and-forth and we enjoyed that thoroughly. Also enjoyed their lovely pool and complimentary bicycles throughout our stay. I could skip meals here though as Hoi An just offers amazing food and coffee in general, and can be found in many niche little restaurants as well as tiny street-side restaurants with a fab view.
