Absolutely fabulous holiday, the resort and staff are the best, we went for 2 weeks and wasn’t disappointed. Thank you to the management for your time, not often you get the top bosses looking after you. And also the restaurant staff I will post a picture of all their names. I can honestly say everyone of the staff are friendly and very hospitable , and can not do enough for you, Only gripe.. no entertainment in the evening. Once you have had your delicious meal ( in one of the themed restaurants) there is nothing to do. So early nights, but saying that you are up early in the mornings. We stayed in the bay club rooms with the green bands. I would highly recommend this, otherwise normal ‘all inclusive ‘ starts at 12. And you have to pay for the A la Cart restaurants with a discount. Green bands Allow you to eat and drink anywhere in the hotel except for chefs choice. 24 hours. Also you have to pay for ice cream and lolly’s. Luckily no grandchildren with us. World have cost a lot of money otherwise. Big thank you to Mahmoud 🙏 you made our stay very special. Manny and Jackson round the pool were brilliant looked after us all day, Right…. now the restaurant staff Prince.. the Italian and French supervisor. What a wonderful man. You can understand why his staff are so helpful. And Rami his manager first class.. Sai Bibin. Kipti, Natalie . Vignesh Ovi.. Meleani.. Shadaf.. Roshan thank you all . Mr Pieter GM. Thank you. It is so wonderful to return here where the reception is always warm, welcoming and full of smiles :) Under the dynamic Bilal, the team seemed to have improved their awesomeness ! The room was perfectly cleaned, sanitized and stocked with the usual amenities. Breakfast was great especially with the super chefs and waitrons - wonderfully fresh, tasty and wholesome breakfast choices to suit everyone's pallette. Superstars: Prime-Rose, Habiba, Amalshaju, Swapon, Rijo, Ahmed and John (Reception/FO). I had an amazing staycation last weekend! Everything was absolutely perfect! I make sure I stay at doubletree atleast once a month, mainly because of the staff! Everyone is sooo lovely and warm, my daughter loves the hotel and cant wait everytime to come back! Huge mention to Sherif the Front office manager for keeping such an incredible team, thank you, Omar who checked us in and upgrade to suite and recognition as a HHonors member; and we missed John and Neha! ❤️❤️❤️ I forgot the concierge man who checked us out, thanks for the late check out! 😊

Front office efficient and helpful. Breakfast is really good. All the staff are efficient and helpful. Rooms are very clean. Service is very good. The best part is when you stay at this hotel you can use the Double Tree Marjan beach property free of cost which has lot of things like water slides, volley ball, many pools, nice beach, children stuff etc etc and free shuttle which makes this real worth the money what you pay.

Definitely must and worth to visit! Service, quality and kindness of staff above expectations. Hotel is very suitable for families as well, a special thank to Sherif ( FO manager ) who is meet us during check in and check out and he was helpful, explained all services and facilitates inside the hotel and outside i.e. access to double tree marjan island. actually sherif make me changed my feedback on the hotel to be the great and best compared to last visit .
