Had an amazing stay at this property last weekend. Just an hour's drive from Dubai, Ritz al wadi is easily one of the finest desert resorts in the region we have stayed so far. The 1000+ acre resort is a desert conserve with a wide range of activities and sights. The Rimal pool villa we stayed was massive and the 1.4 myr deep pool is really great and well maintained. The complimentary cycles along with the villla are a great offering to explore the property. Right from the checkin (Subin) to checkout (Pablo) the staff were brilliant. For dinner we were at Moorish and had experienced a great set menu meal and great service from the team. The breakfast was amazing as well; the food quality and the resort is great and upto Ritz standards. Due to high volume of guests our check in was a bit slow, else it was a great experience at an amazing property.…
Villa: top cleaned very luxury staff: very friendly, great service, if something needed, staff is there with in 2-3 minutes especially our private buttler (Kumar) did a very good job. There are only some extra charges, which we didn't like; if we pay almost 14'000 USD for a week with fullpension, why the water at lunch is charged separately. And also the minibar which is included could be filled up more generously. If you don't mind to pay on top and only count on luxury and best service, then I really can recommend it!
75 min drive from Dubai, awesome location for staycation. All villas are equipped with temperature controlled outdoor pool. Every villa is provided with bicycles. we were happy to tour the resort on bicycles, very environment friendly. Hotel has good selection of outlets. we dined at Farm house, food and service was awesome, view is simply amazing . Villa was spacious, comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 teens. Housekeeping team was awesome. Special mention of venkat (one who escorted us to our villa and showed us around the beautiful property), Shubham at breakfast restaurant and Prateek- Housekeeping Manager. Truly a memorable experience.
Omar is a great guy, super helpful hospitality. All the staff were very supportive. Great location, loved the pool! Archery is interesting and quad was a great adrenaline rush! Don’t miss the explanatory tour to learn about the Ghaf tree and Arabian Oryx
This hotel was really expensive comparing to the rest of our honeymoon and our expectations were high but they totally disapoint us, the hotel feels like a ghost town, there only two options of restaurants and none of them good, the room service was awful, the room view was nothing special and not a desert view with not that much privacy, the pool was super boring and with no good design, the paddock cafe only serves deserts, the oryx are like regular deers, and the camel tour feels like you are a kid on a farm. The frontdesk was not friendly and the reception took to long with any activities to do meanwhile, i paid about 900 dollars a night and they made me feel like i needed to pay even more to get the full experience. This was the only hotel i didnt enjoy on my whole honeymoon and it was by far the most expensive. The last day the maintenance wake me up at 8 am cutting some branches of the tree nearby.…
