We stayed from 29th May to June 5th, 2 adults 2 children (11&6) we had a great holiday, holidays for us are what you make them however the hotel was great clean spacious rooms lovely pool & slides which kids loved great entertainment team & kids club mine did cookie making, arts & crafts the adults played water polo, darts etc during the day, the reception staff are so lovely the English lady and her children who work on reception were so kind & helpful she even came out & waved us off when we left, cleaning staff are great our room was cleaned daily beds made fresh towels if needed, you also get beach/pool towels aswell (pale blue left on bed when we arrived) safe in room also free just ask reception for instructions to set it up, food was good, always something to eat & we never went hungry pancakes and fried eggs at breakfast was nice, jams, cereals, breads/toast juices I’ve never been to an all inclusive in Turkey & got English sausage or bacon so don’t expect that they do offer there version of sausages tho lunch was full buffet again breads salad, meats, rice chips etc - snack time ( which we preferred over lunch) burgers with buns & salad/pickles to go in them chips, kebab, Turkish pizza. Dinner again full buffet doner kebab was lovely, fresh salads, breads, chips, rice, and a few different meat/fish options nuggets also for the fussy eaters, dessert selection was small little cakes etc ice creams not available every night but when it was it was lovely, yes there were flies around but I think you’ll get that in most places they did try to keep things covered etc and it wasn’t a huge problem for us, we aren’t huge drinkers but they had all soft drinks, local spirits, beer on tap also a small selection of cocktails. location is good in the quieter part but only a short walk slightly down hill to shops/restaurants, main armatulan (chuckle brothers/trotters etc) is a 15 min walk away obviously walk back will be slightly uphill so bare in mind. Overall for the price we paid during half term cant fault it we would return 🙂

We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and have just returned from this hotel, they are a small hotel with everything you need for a pleasant fun holiday. We had 2 bedrooms next to each other on the 4th floor which are more than ample with a king size bed a large single and a pull out sofa in both rooms with more than enough space to move around plus a good sized balcony over looking the front of the hotel courtyard. As a wheelchair user (supplied by the hotel) it was easily accessable through one corridor to the 2 lifts straight to the hotel lobby which leads to restaurants/ bars and pool area (a short walk through the paved side of the hotel). All drinks available including flavoured iced coffee as part of our all inclusive which were amazing.Despite there always being a rush of towels placed on the sunloungers every morning, as promised the front desk staff were always able to supply on demand if there were not any free sunloungers available. The pool staff kept the pool area as clean and tidy as possible with constant clearing of empty glasses and bins. The restaurant were still finding their feet as this was their 1st busy year back since taking over and covid but never a shortage of food and clearing of overfilled plates, although there are cats around there are signs all around not to feed them and not once did i ever see a cat get on a chair or table and we dined in for lunch and dinner for 2 weeks. Most of the staff understand English as well as speak and try their best to accomodate for every issue, especially when I too was there when the electricity was accidently cut outside the hotel on the day mentioned in a previous review and it did not stop the day to day running of the hotel at all, they immediately had the emergency generator running to make sure all the restaurant and bars continued running through out and there was still wifi for the kids and lights in the downstairs and corridors in the evening, yes we suffered without the A/C for a few hours that night but it was fully restore by midnight, by which time most people had only just started coming in as the hotel had kept the entertainment / restaurant and bar running for the extra hour. All in all what more can you ask for from an average costing hotel .... I would highly recommend to anyone willing to give it a go if they can not go over the £1000 pp budget that Turkey demands in the majority of hotels and are not looking for silver service and 5* luxury

I don’t usually write reviews but I was so worried about coming here I thought I would.
The rooms are lovely and big. The cleaners only
Spread the beds over and empty bins but our rooms weren’t dirty so we didn’t need any more.
The pool is good the kids loved it. It is slippery but most pools sides are. There is a speaker at the main bar with music but you can barely hear it the other side of the pool. Maybe they could put one further over? No entertainment through the day apart from water polo but that didn’t bother us as we booked days out and chilled by the pool. Night time entertainment didn’t look any good so we went out but that was mainly because we didn’t eat there. The food wasn't great, We could have found something but it wasn’t enjoyable, we luckily had enough spending money to eat out. I have very fussy children and some lunches or dinners there wasn’t chips so we had no choice than to eat out or they’d be eaten stale bread.
Apart from the food I would come back just not all inclusive.

Also booking trips if you go down the road there is cheaper places to book.

A holiday is what you make of it :)

I would only stay if I get entire holiday for £800 max for whole family.
Hotel.
Rooms are ok ish, not cleaned everyday, towels and bedsheets changed after 3 days but no towel change battery first swap, the towels we were given had makeup marks and foundation on them, bedsheets weren't cleaned enough, lobby had no air-conditioning absolutely boiling. Common toilets disgusting. Swiming pool overly crowded. Wifi doesn't connect if you able to connect, if connected it takes 5 minutes to brows google home page. When i complained to staff they had attitude and told me to they never advertise it with wifi so buy wifi dongle or stay in lobby.

Food.
Long ques, most of time whennits your turn either trays were empty or they ran out of food, menus wasn't great in 8 days stay only 1 night had a good menu but salad choice was brilliant, plates were most of times not washed properly. Once you fill your plates, you had to go for drinks and it'd samem length of ques and most of time they give you soft drinks in a tiny disposable cup so you will need 20 of them, by the time you get the drinks the food is old but don't worry it's already old when you get it. You get sick of having same breakfast every day. Waiters pick and choose who they want to serve so mean just bribe them to serve you drinks. Definitely not worth it specially all inclusive. I won't be staying there again.

The Smart Voxx is a good hotel for the price that you pay. The rooms are really nice and spacious, with cleaners in daily to clean and replace towels. The pool area is big and really nice to spend time at whether you are a family with kids or not. Although, the food was a little disappointing, my friends and I were hoping to try some Turkish cuisine but the food certainly catered for British tourists. The location, whilst a long walk to the beach front, the taxi service outside is incredibly cheap to get to wherever you want to go.

However, our trip was made by hotel dj Kennan. Kennan is a really nice and genuine guy who looked out for us all week. He took my friends and I to the best bars and clubs in Marmaris whilst also getting us numerous deals through his many friends in the area. Our holiday wouldn’t have been the same without him, he really is a great guy who worked really hard to make sure we had the best time and became a friend of ours along the way. He deserves the best.

Please avoid this hotel especially if you have children! Rooms are clean tidy and look nice until you try to get sleep and the air conditioning doesn’t work! After 4 nights of having no sleep after being told it was on the wrong settings I couldn’t take much more so I had to complain again and demand someone to take a look at it, then it was confirmed it was broken and we were moved to another room. In the new room it worked for 1 hour then cut off so I had to wake up through the night to keep switching it back on. In both rooms we had no shower head so we had to use the pipe alone! Food was absolutely horrendous my children had to survive of chips in the hotel and we were forced to take them for food elsewhere. There were flies everywhere! All over the food and it was very dirty our feet were sticking to the floor! The pool area was stinking the pool was not cleaned in the week I stayed there, the tables had not been cleaned in months looking at the state of them I never seen them get wiped once and empty glasses left everywhere from day before! I also went flying 3 times from where the floors were left soaked with puddles the one TimeI almost broke broke my neck and dropped a whole tray of drinks for my family (staff just laughed). Ignore the part where it says it has a gym! It has 1 broken running machine my son is a boxer and missed out on a weeks training. Inside pool is filthy I never seen anyone use it. Entertainment was terrible! Especially kids entertainment, kids club was open once in the week we stayed there my children had there face painted and got sent out, evening entertainment was ridiculous especially the kids staff didn’t even have the energy to sing along properly to the children’s songs they put no effort in at all they just looked like they didn’t want to be there it was very poor I felt sorry for everyone the entertainment was a big let down. Our overall experience at this hotel was awful we had to pay to go and eat elsewhere, and last few nights we went outside the hotel for entertainment which is not ideal when u have a big family and you have already paid to have all these things in the hotel. The hotel is nowhere near a 4* I seriously rate this as a 1-2* at the most. Last year we stayed at Costa Marie Suites which is a 3* and it was spotless and food was lovely and entertainment was spot on! The previous hotel was like a 5* and would knock spots of this one! We thought we were getting a good deal and going 1 star higher than the last time and it was a huge disappointment. Don’t ruin your holiday experience by booking this hotel. Advise for hotel: YOU need to fix your air conditioning, jet wash the whole eating area and pool area with disinfectant, clean all the pool tables and sun loungers, get some fly killers, sort your menu out for English dishes especially for kids and get some entertainment staff that like there job and put effort in with the kids especially!

We stayed here for 7 nights in August, we booked last minute and I have to admit that after reading reviews we were expecting it to be awful.

I can honestly say we were very pleasantly surprised!

On arrival we were met by a bellboy who helped with our luggage and we were greeted by a lovely young man on reception.

Throughout our stay the reception staff were amazing, unfortunately I'm rubbish with names so can't name them, however the English/Turkish family working at this hotel are a real asset to the hotel and are willing to do anything to help!

The food can be repetitive however there was always plenty of fresh food available, and in the outside cooking area they were always making and cooking fresh food, such as keabas, pizza, pancakes.
The meal times are good, we found the afternoon snack time the best time for lunch as they had nuggets for the kids and burgers etc for the adults.

The pool was lovely, we always managed to find sunbeds.

Room service was fine, we had fresh towels every other day and our bedding was changed twice in 7 days. For people complaining that room service was rubbish, there is a button above the dressing table that you can press, this says "do not disturb" or "please make up this room" so if you want your bedding changed more often you can press this.

On one of the days of our stay the electricity was out for 14 hours, however if anyone staying at the hotel had bothered to ask the staff instead of kicking off and shouting and screaming they would have learned that this was completely out of the hotels hands.
A neighbouring property had drilled through the electricity cable whilst having some works carried out.
The hotel staff worked tirelessly to get this fixed as quickly as they could. The hotel kept the restaurant open longer, had the bar open longer and also put on extra entertainment during the evening.

The two women on Reception were in tears at one point and still people complained. These ladies were nothing but professional and wiped the tears away quickly and greeted the next complaint with a smile on thier face and in a professional manner. They were amazing!

Overall we had a fantastic holiday 😎

I don’t even know where to start..
To be honest I did read the reviews before we went, there was loads of bad but some good so I went for it. Wish I just went with my gut instinct. The food part if you like chips then you will be ok. There flys all over and the food is cling film but never cover food. The all inclusive is not all inclusive the only time you can get ice cream is between 2.30-3.30. There no snack bar or anything in between breakfast dinner and tea so if you miss breakfast you have to wait.
The pool area is just filthy your flip flops actually stick to the floor and the gruft on the floor you have to walk in some sort of foot where. They don’t clean the cups or anything round the pool at night so when you go get your sun beds there always mess around and they wonder why there so many flys or wasps because it’s just not clean…
The rooms. Nice size our air on works so wasn’t bad. The cleaners really need to be taught how to clean… There was all morals round the shower I had to tell them to clean the room and when they did all they did was empty bin and put toilet roll in bathroom. I went to reception and moaned everyday didn’t get clean towels I had to ask and not once made bed I had to do it myself. Not once on holiday they swept my floor. Honestly it’s so bad.
We ate out everyday and down the road there a nice little bar/restaurant with small pool we spent most of our holiday there. This hotel really need to be closed down and sorted out ! Save your money go somewhere else you will be ripped off going head and I can guarantee if you still book you will be same as me sat at home lost for words £2000 lighter writing a review thinking I should of either just burnt the money I paid or just wish I booked a different hotel 🤦🏻‍♀️ it really is as bad as what people say..

This was the worst hotel I have stayed in. We visited for 7 nights. Upon arrival the hotel looks dirty.. windows are not clean, the loft is dirty, the smell it’s that of cleaning with a dirty mop.
Our room.. crawling with ants, I had to deep clean this room with my own disinfectant wipes on the second night and found the ants were coming because of the amount food swept under the beds.
The hairdryer didn’t work, the remote control for the tv didn’t work either!
We were told bedding and towels would be changed every 3 days.. on the fourth day I called reception and asked they they hadn’t been changed, to be told they would be changed the next day.. this would be day 5! Even after stating that would be day 5 still no one came. The floor was not swept or cleaned for the whole time we stayed there and I emptied the bin myself every few days. Toilet roll was not topped up on a daily basis, so we had to buy our own from the local supermarket.
The shower cubicle had a pink tint to it that was basically slimy water that had never been cleaned.
The corridors had plates left for days with flies buzzing around them.
The food was ok, I was expecting more authentic meals but there was very little selection. The juice dispenser was out of order for 2 days so no juice. The water dispensers looked disgusting, clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time.
Wi-Fi just didn’t work.. we ended up renting a Wi-Fi box from a shop to get a signal.
Staff either don’t care or have a language barrier.. a lot of them don’t even smile!
The pool.. clearly not enough loungers they were taken from early morning and you couldn’t get one.. not that you would want to.. indoor pool disgusting and slimy tiling.
Flies ants and wasps everywhere because no one is maintaining cleanliness.. queues for bar/ snacks horrendous and staff generally had no motivation in them.

We spent most of our time out of the hotel doing activities booked from outside the hotel. Once outside the hotel the atmosphere is totally different, locals are lovely food in restaurants is great. We went to the beach most days and the city to do shopping and eat out. Activities we booked with Mohammed down the road and we did go karting/ day trip to Rhodes/ family ham man/boat trip to turunc/ shopping in icmeler.
Overall we had a lovely time once outside the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel. There are lots of hotels a walk away which looked some much nicer that I wish we had researched a bit more. This is a 2 star hotel at the most. If you have children I wouldn’t book this one!

Stayed there 8 days, First 3 days towels been changed and room cleaned daily and 4th day they changed the bedding sheets . After that towel has not been replaced or room been cleaned ! Yes rooms are spacious. Swimming pool ok. Foods are always same after 3 days we start to ate from outside.

Entertainment guys and receptionist can have 5 stars from us.

Pool bar staff can get 0 star as they were very rude, un-respectful! Felt uncomfortable to get drink from them, only ordered drink 4 times in 8 days we stayed.

Queue time for worst ice cream approximate 30 minutes ( only had to queue twice :) ) only 2 lifts and very slow!
Was not able to connect to Wifi therefore I bought local SIM card for 400 Turkish lira ( £12 ), ( 10GB internet ) ,
Won’t visit again.
