You are really coming to the town to see the hot springs and ruins. I don’t think there are many great hotel options in that town. This one is one of the better ones for sure. Recommended for a night stay while passing through.

This is an awesome find to stay when visiting the springs. Super close, nice service, comfy and clean rooms. Bathroom was very nice, great shower, strong wifi. Perfect value for a stay in Pamukkale. Ths is to the staff for being so accommodating for our late flight. The little things make all the difference. 🙏

Still travelling in Turkey, but want to share it. We made a reservation for that hotel. We received email from them, that our booking was ok, but they wanted to know the way we traveled and they offered us cheap airport transfers, and cheap tours around Pamukkale. All was nice presented and we booked the airport shuttle, with them. Airport transfer was ok and in time. At the reception by checking in we received again all information and prices concern the tours and activities Pamukkale has to offer. So we decided to do a balloon tour and Pamukkale Tour the day after. Checked in,all was looking perfect, the room was nice and clean. After getting settled up for the day, we decided to do a walk-in town, and there we get the first notice that we paid too much for the airport transfer… so we did some demands in town, for prices. As we wanted to do the balloon trip and Pamukkale Tour the following day, it was worth to ask more information. In town, we received cheaper prices than the prices we get in the hotel and we did booked our tours in town. Again arrived at the hotel they asked us if we wanted to book a tour, the moment we mentioned we booked our tours somewhere else they get upset and mentioned we shouldn’t have booked in town. I think it is a shame that the hotels are acting as tourproviders! They offer you cheap rooms, but rip you off by selling tours way more expensive! We left the day after, we did have a lovely breakfastin the hotel. Just such a big shame for the tours.

We stayed at this hotel for one night whilst visiting Pamukkale as part of our 3 week road trip in Turkey. This was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our trip. March is the low season and tourism is also low because of pandemic so I imagine prices are also decreased, but the standard of this hotel is beyond the price paid. As soon as we walked in the hotel we were happily greeted by a lovely gentleman (sorry forgot the name), he showed me both room types he had available, I chose the pool facing room and he had also given me a further discount. This guy could speak good english which made us a bit more comfortable as it is very rare to find someone that could speak English in Turkey, even in 5 star hotels they struggle. The hotel is very well kept, unlike many other hotels of this category. Super clean and not cluttered. Also very close to Pamukkale entrance and has free parking. The room was beyond comfortable, had all amenities including all toiletries, bed slippers, safe, tv, coffee facilities, shoe polish etc The pool area is very nicely done and food served in the restaurant is delicious and very well priced. The breakfast is also the best we had during our stay (for the price paid), great selection of cold, hot and loads of sweet items. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

We arrived before 7am and was able to check in early 🥰 and check out late. Rooms were available due to the pandemic. Anyway, the room was absolutely clean, the food was nice with big servings, staff are great. We didn’t get a tour anymore. They offered us a free drop off at the tourist spot and we did a DIY. So we only paid for the entrance fees. It was absolutely great to be here. ❤️
