This place is great. The rooms are decent, and to be expected for the price. Clean and roomy. The thing that sets this place apart is restaurant and breakfast!! The dinner was fantastic - I had lamb my son had steak, all the sauces and sides were amazing! I would recommend this place and definitely stay here again.
Very impressive hotel near Pamukkale and very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast is the best in this hotel’s area. Price is very correct for staying and also for food. They have swimming pool, SPA, Paragliding and many different activity
Since Pamukkale is just a small town, this hotel surprised us with a solicitous welcome, choice of rooms and even a totally unexpected luxurious room decoration, in white and bright turqoise. It provides fluffy robes for the guests' use at the outdoor pool and staff is extremely accommodating. We had a minor issue with the water drainage in the shower, however, overall, the room was spacious and very pleasant. To add to the conveniences, this hotel has a great restaurant opened all day, with high level service and delicious food and drinks. The hotel also provides rides from and to the airport, upon reservation, as well as a regular shuttle to the top part of the Travertines, making a visit much easier and saving a lot of time.
We booked 2 nights at Venus Hotel and were happy with our choice for a hotel. Arriving by rental car as this was part of a 6 ½ week trip to Turkey, parking was easy to find in the street by the hotel or the few allocated parking stalls for the hotel. Our room was a good size and very, very clean!! I spoke to the housekeeping staff a couple of times on arrival asking questions and they were very friendly. They spoke little English but with sign language and lots of smiles and hand gestures we all understood each other. Our room had a double bed with a soft mattress that initially concerned me but it was comfortable! There was complimentary bottled water, a good wi fi signal and the air conditioning worked well which is important in Pamukkale as it can be very hot. Breakfast was a vast array of salads, olives, yogurt, fruit (watermelon, melon, grapes, oranges, plums), cereals, Turkish delight, cooked items and very good coffee. We would not hesitate to book and stay at Venus Hotel again.…
Pamukkale is a quaint countryside, but Venus Hotel & Suites go out of their way to assure a great experience. They have a beautiful property. The poolside restaurant offers a great ambience, the food is good and the service too. They drop guests at the Hierapolis/Travertines every 30 minutes and also offers a drop to the Denizli Airport, which is a one hour drive from the hotel. Everything is great, though just for one thing, a very personal observation, I think the staff smiled a little less here. We have been to other places where people were quite friendly, though they spoke just Turkish, going out of their way to make us feel at home. Overall great property.
