I was planning to stay for 4 days but extended my stay up to 7 days to be able to fly with hot air balloon. The hotel got great reviews online and had great photos but when I arrived my first impression was the hotel looked little bit run down from the outside and look dusty and old. As I enter the reception area i saw some dried sad looking plants around the room and everything look dusty. Then the receptionist took me to my rooms i was lucky because it was not so busy week i could choose my room. My room was quite big just right in front of beautiful view. Most of the rooms got little verandah in front but the chairs are broken or dusty look like it's not well maintained.
I would give 5 for the room , have water and kettle in the room and the bathroom hot water running well, they change towels everyday , the breakfast was very nice , the boys at the receptionist are very helpful really appreciate them , i would give them 10 out of ten.
Overall I really enjoyed my stay, the hotel need more maintenance, pay attention to the sad plants ..and dusty chairs and the

My husband and I went to Cappadocia for our honeymoon earlier this month and we chose to stay at Elite Cave. We are so glad we stayed here as the location is fantastic as well as the staff members! Tural at the desk was very helpful and informative! Tural helped us by arranging our day tours, hot air balloon ride and quad bike tour! He told us exactly what time we would need to be down at the lobby for each activity. The shuttle would then pick us up from the entrance of the hotel and it was all really easy! The breakfast was great too- traditional Turkish breakfast with unlimited Turkish tea and great views of Cappadocia! Thank you Elite Cave for a wonderful stay!

Me and my family stayed at this hotel back in August and the whole stay was amazing with very caring and accommodating owners.
The cave rooms were so lovely and different nothing like we've experienced before and was a very nice experience. Cappadocia is a must visit so serene, peaceful and cannot believe something like this exists honestly amazing!
The breakfast was nice and a good variety and the owner was more than happy to help and provide information on attractions in the area including best ways to get there.
My suitcase broke on the last day whilst trying to get to the airport and the owner ensured it was fixed before I left as had to drag down the hill to get to the taxi, super helpful and nice!

One of the best views you will have in Goreme and the price is very affordable. Breakfast is wonderful but the best part of all is the exceptional staff, especially Malik and Tural. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and organized our transport from the airport and our hot air balloon rides. Would most definitely recommend this place to anybody who is going to Cappadocia, you can't go wrong!

Showed up after looking at 3 or 4 different cave hotels. Elite stood out because of their view of the surrounding natural caves. The general cave experience is captured quite eloquently by Elite. The pricing is fair for the value and the included breakfast is always a memorable touch. Staff is friendly and helpful, the location is within walking distance to the little town of shops and restaurants. Go live in a cave, we did.

Bed made a little too much noise, and wifi wasn't great in the room but hey it's a cave.

This is an absolute gem of hotel. Everything about it is just splendid. Firstly the staff go above and beyond to do everything for you- they organised every tour and transfer and were incredibly accommodating with our schedule. The breakfast is a feast and was one of the best we had all trip. The rooms are something out of a fairytale- very classic cave rooms with amazing views especially in the morning when the balloons are out. Cappadocia is a surreal place and this hotel is the place to stay to experience it in.

Top notch hotel. The view from the terrace is outstanding. The room-cave is warm, cozy and modern. In the morning we opened the door to see hot air balloons so close, we could almost touch them. So don't sleep too long. The breakfast is great and our host was a very nice, friendly and intelligent person Ata, who speaks Russian fluently.

It's clean and the windows opens to the outside (unlike in the other hotel we stayed in while in Cappadocia). So you get fresh air and sunlight in the room.

I can't recommend it enough, and my only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

Went during pandemic and found the location, service, and experience excellent. I was able to check in at 1 am, they were lenient with checkout, and went out of their way to support my partner and me. They helped us select activities to do, carried our luggage, and during the stay-at-home order they helped us order via phone from local restaurants. Great trip!

It was a wonderful experience on their cave suite. You will have your own balcony and the common one will have an overview of the city and some caves. Also, it has a perfect spot for viewing the hot air balloon. Inside you will have a wide receiving area and jacuzzi. The hotel is nearby the center where you can easily find restaurants, souvenir shops and atm machines. All the staff is very helpful including the owner (he cannot speak English though). Special thanks to Malik who arranged my airport transfers and tours. The breakfast was good as well 😊.

My husband and I stayed at Elite Cave Suites during the pandemic for a week in Dec. We mostly enjoyed our stay. The biggest pro of the hotel is the fantastic view of the hot air balloons in the morning from the balconies. The manager Omar is very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Downsides were that our shower leaked onto our bathroom floor pretty badly. This may have just been the room we were staying in. Seems like the bathroom could use some upgrading. The staff was mostly friendly, but one staff member was openly rude when we explained that we had booked a balloon tour with a different tour company (someone had recommended a place to us when we were in Istanbul). Overall, a pretty good experience.
