Staff were extremely rude and did not show any customer care when faced with problems. Before going on holiday the hotel cut off our tel call when queries were made direct with the hotel. Finally after getting through they advised no staff were available to give answers

I loved. I visited with my friends. Service is really nicce. Near the sea is the best. City center is close about 10 with minibus. Staff is really kindly person. You can contact 7/24 highly recommended

Stayed here for ten days...originally I only booked three nights because I wasn't sure what to expect for such a reasonable price. However the hotel is lovely...not extravagant but the rooms are spacious, practical, clean and modern. Anything I asked for I got for example extra towels etc. My reason for giving 4 stars not 5 is because now it is out of season so very quiet - just what I like. But I would imagine it to be different in summer season. Also it would be nice if rooms could be cleaned daily as oppose to every two days . Overall lovely hotel and I would come back again...the girl on reception was very helpful too !

just back from this hotel stayed room 213 for 2 nights from 19th oct to 21oct.hotel rooms spotless very large rooms big beds very comforable staff very helpful .right on beach .would recommend to anyone .u will not be disspointed shops ouside bus outside ,we will go back 2 weeks time as it was so good .thanks to all at hotel ..

We enjoyed our stay at Ladies Beach Residence. We enjoyed a large 85m2 room with plenty of privacy, with sea views overlooking Ladies Beach. It’s close to town and the bus station. There is a supermarket next doors and plenty of restaurants nearby.
