me and my wife visit kusadasi in August 2019. Sealight hotel Have good place and service but entertainment was not very good, food and Cafe was not open all the night and A variety of food was not good
Went here in October half term as a single parent with two children and a friend with her two children. Hotel very impressive and check in was smooth. Rooms immaculate with a stock of drinks in the fridge which the first lot were free which was a nice touch. You could get extra water at the bar downstairs too if you asked. Food was the same old as with any all inclusive but didn't go hungry. We were fortunate to be able to try all restaurants as it was quiet but i must say these were not the best at all. The only decent one was the Turkish one but I suppose if they couldn't get this one right then there would be no hope! The pool snack bar was pretty good to. No one tells you about the ice creams, cakes and hot waffles available in the afternoons above the restaurant - stairs in reception area. Nice touch for an afternoon treat. Views absolutely stunning and beach just perfect, there is a pizza place half way between the main hotel building and the beach and they are cooked fresh to order, there is also a bar here too so you can get drinks. A little shuttle bus can escort you back and forth here. The kids loved the waterpark areas and they shut off for a while for lunch but no lifeguards on duty here, everyone was very civilised in queing etc. Amazing sunsets to watch from various points (beach, pool areas, rooms). Had a Turkish bath and message afterwards in the spa which was lovely and you can use the pool indoors too (beware its freezing cold!) There is a bus stop just outside the hotel and the dolmus will take you into town for very little money (think 2-3 euros) each and the drivers will advise where you can get off. Plenty of taxis at the hotel reception and we paid 20 euro for all 6 of us! Entertainment left a lot to be desired but I suppose we were the back end of the season. Overall a fab holiday and was a shame to leave.…
What remains in my mind are - Friendly staff - Clean - Reasonable food though not the best, you can ask for specially made omelette for breakfast - Availability of parking space - Security - Nice sea view Didnot have much time to enjoy various amenities.
Surely you should not expect great sandy beaches in Kusadasi, but this hotel has private beaches. The hotel has wonderful views and also good entertainment programs. Food and Beverage are good enough. I hope you have lovely stay there, enjoying indoor and outdoor activities.
Sea light resort Stayed only one night, rather 12 hours. Thank god, it was a short stay. Check in: very slow. Lobby: very crowded, some functions going on with not enough seating Room: old but recently painted. Amenities: ZERO. They charge you for sache if coffee and tea, RIDICULOUS. Never seen this over 80 hotels that I stayed in 70 countries. Toilet: walk mounted soap dispensers, in a resort? When you run hot water, you get Coca Cola colour water... Dinner: buffet dinner with huge spread. But no drinks provided, even water, you have to, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? In breakfast, all drinks are free, go figure Location: very poor, need your own transport
