I visited this place back in 2019. Must say that certain rooms do offer an awesome sea view. Rooms are clean. They have a swimming pool but who needs it when you can have a nice swim in their private beach. Food has a lot of variety. Especially the dinner...they have a live grill and the food is delicious.Tables are set up in such a way that you can view the sea while enjoying your dinner. Certainly one of the best hotels I have visited.

The hotel environment is nice and claming. The buffet dinner got a lot of variety if comparing to other hotels. However, there are cats in the dining area which is really unexpected. The scenario is very nice.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in September. The hotel irsekf is very nice and most of the staff wee very pleasant. On our first night at the hotel we were warned by another Brit about the food. He told us that he hadn't had a hot meal so we thought that we would go into the restaurant as soon as it opened at 7pm when you would think that the food would be hot. Although we thought that there was a decent choice of food unfortunately, the chap that we had spoken to, was proved to be right. We just could not believe that the food was not hot even at 7pm when the restaurant had just opened. That was the one and only time that we went into the restaurant for a evening meal. We have been to a lot of all inclusive hotels in the past and always been able to order fried eggs or omelettes when we wanted them. This is not the case here as fried eggs are made and just piled on top of each other until anybody wants them. Once again, you are very fortunate if you can actually get anything while it's hot. The is a snack bar by one of the pools where you could get pizza, burgers and chips in the afternoon. At least these were hot. My wife is also a vegetarian and there was very little choice for her at anytime. Fortunately, Ladies Beach was only a short walk away and there were plenty of really nice, reasonably priced restaurants there. We also went into Kusadasi on numerous occasions to get a decent evening meal. It would cost about £4 to get a taxi to Kusadasi. I know that some people who leave reviews seem to praise the animation team but we only saw them when they wanted to sell us something like bingo or raffle tickets. I would however, like to thank a few people. Emrah on reception was very helpful as he arranged for us to have an upgrade to a king suite (we did pay for the upgrade). Also Yasemin on reception helped us with the WiFi problem that I seemed to have every day. Finally Selim Kesici was very helpful with another small problem that I had. Despite all of the problems with the food in the hotel we did have a lovely holiday and we would certainly return to this area again but, no surprises here, we would not stay at this hotel. It is certainly no more than a 3 star hotel at best.…

We have been 7 nights in the hotel. Location is fantastic, rooms are very clean, reception- lady who served us very helpful and incredibly nice, bar and restaurant staff fantastic. Food- well ... could be better but it was end of season so understandable is that most of restaurants were closed and various of food was limited as well- still could be bit more choices. Big thank you to cleaning lady who helped me during earth quake to get into the room 4th floor- what a lovely and hard working person- deserved defo for paid rise!!!! Regal travel as well organised great trips. Btw can highly reccomend KIWI restaurant which is 10mins walk just opposite the ladies beach. Thx again

A 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel at best this place is a disgrace for value for money!!!!Where to start book a night 25/10/20 and cancel it next day at reception are told we must pay even though we weren’t staying due to family reasons had to pay $140 usd for basically nothing ......all facilities were closed the pools were like ice which were never mentioned at booking the staff were horrible and the rooms I had to go to reception each day at 3pm and ask for our room to be cleaned as it had not been done,the food was nothing short of a joke we actually ended up eating out of the hotel as it was that bad ,a five star hotel please don’t make me laugh I travel each month around the world and this is by far the worst hotel in the past 20 years I’ve stayed.STAY AWAY PEOPLE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻…
