Staff were nice, helpful. Breakfast was ok, mostly leftovers from the night before, very random selection. Nice location. Pool is beautiful. Rooms were small but clean. Central location. Would recommend.
Staff was not so kind , we arrived after the flight and had no water to take a shower until we complained and after 1.5 hours we could shower. Hotel was a bit noisy and I barely slept . I asked for a room change and they said it was ok for 20 liras and in the end I paid 20 euros that are not the same. A bit annoying to have this situations. The location of the hotel was great with good views.
We had a very short stay here and it was the start of winter so not the most ideal time to visit a coastal city, however, we appreciated the calmness and open views that comes with off-peak seasons. The rooms are very spacious, and the shower is nice and big. The views from the lobby bar and the breakfast restaurant are breathtaking and staff are friendly. We did not have a Seaview room, although we did ask if we could upgrade and nobody got back to us by the next day and due to our short stay mostly spent out on tour, we didn't ask again. Overall, this town of Kusadasi will steal your heart.
the location is fabulous but overall a bit noisy coz of the coffee shop in the bulding where almost whole of kusadasi was visiting....they have a useless balcony where not even one person can stand....cld have made that to a fixed window cos even if the balcony door is 1 cm apart the air conditioner would not work....the washroom is quite modern to look at but has very little space....
Just got done staying here in Oct 2020. All of the staff were super accommodating and friendly. All spoke good English. Also if ask if you can get a view of the seafront the views from the hotel of the sunset are fantastic. The breakfast on the rooftop is very well done with a mix of western and Turkish breakfast. The location is top-notch with many restaurants and shops within a shop walking distance.
