Ilaya Avantgarde Hotel in Kusadasi has an excellant location right in front of the waterfront. Also it's in the centre & close to restaurants etc. The breakfast buffet was excellent & open from 7am. The staff were also friendly & accommodating. The only blemish was that the a/c wasn't working & the room was too hot to sleep in. If we opened the windows, the noise from the street below would disturb us. Looks like they had switched off the air con. Hence the 3 stars. Request the hotel to rectify this as a good night's sleep is very important for travellers.

Hotel is located right at the waterfront with easy walking access to all major places one would need to go and the hotel is set to nice modern vibe, satisfying all the demands of the modern travellor. The top floor breakfast is indeed a spectalur site with passing crusie liner docking at port.

Liked · Everything, ALL staff extremely efficient, friendly, helpful and respectful of covid precautions. All wore masks when serving or moving about the property. Clean everywhere, cleaning staff discrete and sheets, towels etc.. changed regularly. Friendly and always a friendly greeting, provided irons etc immediately. Waiting staff excellent, pool bar guys wonderful, reception staff friendly and gave wonderful recommendations. Thanks guys To the management I would suggest a sign saying if you are not at the pool within 30/45 minutes (or whatever is decided) the towels will be removed. and follow through with this! we never had a problem we were happy to use the sofas around the edge, but its unfair to hog. Haven't seen this for ages but covid=less sunbeds get over it. I was so happy to get away i would have lain on the pool floor to be honest! :-)…

We have stayed for 7 nights in the deluxe room. It was the nicest room and it had a wonderful view. The towels were changed every day and they cleaned the room also daily. The bed is sooo comfortable. The breakfast was very good and more than enough. The hotel has a nice pool with the greatest view of the city. The staff was very nice, friendly and they knew English. They also have parking so if you travel by car you have no worries.
