Stayed here for 1 week all inclusive late deal, first time to Kusadasi. Rooms were fine, some have been recently decorated. Food was lovely, buffet style but plenty. Entertainment team were brilliant, made us laugh everyday. No kettle or coffee making facilities in your room so take a kettle and cups. There was a fridge in the room. Pool is spotlessly clean. Staff are pleasant and speak to you daily Bit of a walk to town through the bus station. Roads are very, very busy. Be careful Went on a boat trip that we booked at the harbour. 11 quid each, it was a great day out. Not much going on at night, entertainment team do their best with what they have, they entertain the children and watched a fire show. All in all, wasnt bad at all for what we paid.

Tired looking hotel. Food was a disappointment with limited choice. Pool area always clean. Not the best location but only 20tl taxi into town and Ladies Beach. All staff was brilliant and could not do enough.would go back for week but any longer would be struggle.

Ok where to start. We arrived late on Saturday the 21st of September, being driven in through the bus station and seeing the hotel sign I did think I had booked Bates Motel. We checked in and had a quick drink at the bar before going to our room, the pool area at night looks stunning so this did settle my nerves slightly. The room was ok, very little storage and no draws whatsoever in the room which I found bizarre. The beds are a little hard but not the worst I’ve slept on. We had to ask for more pillows as you only get 1 each and the duvet situation is even more odd, I don’t expect a full thick duvet on holiday however we were given a small sheet that barely covered one of us, the first night I slept under a towel, we did get a second cover when we asked so it wasn’t too much of an issue. The cleanliness of the room was again ok the carpet however looked like it hadn’t been hoovered in a good while. The TV was good and aircon ok. The food is fine we didn’t eat in the hotel much but this was due to wanting to explore and restaurants in town being reasonably priced. Breakfast could have been better with very little choice of eggs or simple food. If you want to go to town get a taxi as it’s too far to walk really (around 30 mins) the cost is 30 TL which is about £4. The staff were mostly good, I hate to put negative comments about individuals but one of the staff well and truly drove me mad (along with other guests who put in complaints to management) asking for a drink or ice cream you got it pulled away from you again and again, getting the impression he found it funny, it wasn’t! Once or twice I can tolerate but I counted 15 times my ice cream was pulled away when I reached to grab it. Along with this said member of staff would fill a full glass up of vodka when asking for a small measure and saying stop that’s enough, my partner gave up in the end and left it and opted for water with his meal instead. The chap who does the entertainment was lovely and clearly worked hard however the music was far too loud and obnoxious, with the average age of people being about 40 the choice of some of the music was odd. I also think a few hours a day without music would be a great idea, allow people to read or sleep without rap music blaring out. The killer darts and water polo was good fun in the afternoons. Evening entertainment could have been better from what we saw but we did go out most nights. The pool area is good although I wouldn’t fancy going in the height of season as you would struggle to get a sunbed. The last few days of our holiday some of the staff seemed to change and they were miles better. One thing that really angered me, the same guy who liked to pull drinks away from you also enjoyed talking/ laughing to other members of staff about you whilst you are stood right in front of them. In the end I made a point of not going to the bar or to get an ice cream if he was serving. On the last night just before pick up we decided to grab a quick bite to eat to discover the food and dining area to be completely different, the quality of the food was far better and we even got offered table service. This was right after a new group of mostly German guests arrived, did they pay more or do us Brits not deserve good service? We paid an extra £30 to extend our room until 4pm, we asked if we could have it until 6 and pay more and were given every excuse in the book, normally I wouldn’t bother but the hotel was less than a quarter full and was closing the following Tuesday until June next year. We met some wonderful people whilst here and we made the best of it. It isn’t 4 star and shouldn’t be rated as one. One thing I really did like was the swap box which is located in reception where you can leave toiletries for other guests when you leave (I borrowed some oil and left shampoo/ conditioner etc) Overall it was ok for a cheap week away in the sun. Thank you Denise & Chris

Booked a last minute weeks get away with a friend all inclusive, delayed flight but luckily had private transfer waiting to take us to the hotel. After arriving in Kuşadası and then driving through a bus station we arrived at our hotel, small and dingy I thought, had a drink at the small bar over looking the pool and went to bed in our little room with 3 single beds in it wondering where we had booked and feeling a little disappointed Next day we went for breakfast, no queuing, clean tables and a good range of hot and cold food, ( gutted no bacon ) went to get a bed round the pool all had cosy mattresses on them and plenty to chose from, animation came on at 10 and the chap was lovely, music not too loud and he was not in your face, decided on a Turkish Bath and massage in the spar under the hotel, well worth a visit and priced keenly, lunch and evening meals were very similar but they have a fantastic salad bar and the cakes ( especially the chocolate cake ) is amazing- the food was hot which is a bonus. We went into Kuşadası best way to do this is cut through the bus station onto main road, jump on a 1,5 or 6 bus to the centre for about 30 pence. All in all a little gem of a hotel which proves first impressions shouldn’t always count, would certainly go again

We really enjoyed our two weeks at the Marbel hotel, the food was faultless the staff all worked hard to make our stay a good one,for a 3 🌟 off beach hotel it exceeded my expectations,we emailed hotel and asked for a top floor pool view room and when we arrived that's exactly what we got these are best rooms as others overlook bus station, the bus station is very handy we used it to go to Ephesus 8 lira each also worked out £10 entry fee to the ancient site we were not on a tour so wondered around the site at our own Leasure. The hotel itself is surrounded with roads and apartments but if you pluck up courage and venture out kusadasi with all its shops and restaurants are only 10 mins walk down the road dodging traffic or 20 lira in taxi, all the restaurants will pick you up and bring you back when you're ready free of charge if you spend a few Bob at their place.pool great food great room's spotless with free safe and fridge all at a bargain price with TUI chuffed I found it.😁😁👍
