This holiday wasnt exactly planned we were due to go to tenerife but our holiday was cancelled night before. When we were actually at the hotel opposite airport. We desperately searched for another holiday for the next day as going home was not an option. We booked this hotel as seen how highly rated it is on here. On arriving the reception staff were attentive. Our temperature was checked and suitcases sprayed to minimise any risks. When arriving to our room there was no bed for our 9 year old daughter. But this was quickly rectified. And another bed brought within ten mins. The hotel is spotlessly clean and our room was cleaned every day. The food may not be to everyones taste but the cooking stations outside we found to always have something on for us to eat. The snack bar is fab and the little Doughnuts served later on day were a big hit with my daughter. All staff are lovely and friendly and we were made to feel at home. The entertainment staff were a BIG hit with us and my 9 year old daughter had a great bond with fifi and sam. We met a lovely bunch of people and this MADE our holiday. On the last day i myself felt very emotional to be leaving. That to me is a sign of a very good holiday. Me and my family cant wait to return …

We stayed here as a family of 3 in mid-July (2 adults, 1 5 year old) and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The hotel had only opened the first day we got there. Staff were very attentive, all keeping to the safety standards and the hotel itself was spotless. The room was nice with a lovely view of the beach, cleaned every day with fresh towels and the house keeping staff were really friendly. The pool was good - I can imagine it would get a bit crowded at the height of season but as the hotel was nowhere near its capacity it was perfect. No fighting for sun beds! At the beginning of the stay we were quite frustrated with the lack of variety in the food. However as the days went on, more and more things were being added and they opened the outdoor cooking areas too. It’s understandable as there were only around 200 guests the whole time we were there! Special mention to Morat (chef) who was so lovely to our daughter! There is a restaurant just a few metres away from the hotel entrance that is absolutely delicious if you fancy a night away from the hotel - Reis. He has a huge selection of fresh meat and seafood. The entertainment staff - in particular Dada were great. I felt for them as they had to entertain a smaller amount of people and it must’ve been difficult for them. Our daughter loved Dada and Sam! Overall - given the circumstances with the virus, we had a brilliant time. I’d love to see what the hotel is like in ‘normal’ times and would definitely go back.…

We just arrived from a 7-night stay. We brought our 13 & 5 yr old kids and they both had a great time. The hotel staff is all wearing masks and keeping social distancing making the stay quite safe. There was plenty of social distancing in the dining tables and throughout the hotel. I can imagine they are not operating at full capacity which is good for all of us travellers. All the staff are superb. To the gents at the pool bar: Thanks for all the beer, pina colada and ice tea served. The animation team is fantastic, trying to keep the kids entertained. My daughter was very happy with them. The pools are very well maintained. We are very picky about pools because my daughter tends to get ear infections easily. However, two of the pools are ideal for kids. My wife was happily impressed with the hotel and the town itself.…

My Husband and myself stayed a total of 4 Weeks in November/December 2919 in the Hotel because he needed urgently an operation and after recovery time before flying back to Canada. The Hotel Personal (Reception, Room service, Dining Room Personal in short everybody) was extremely helpful. The Room was every day complete redone inclusive daily fresh beds and Towels. The Food (Buffet) was very good more international and I wished there would have been a little more traditional delicious Turkish food served but they have to go with their international guests. Parking my rental car was no problem and my husband got a lot of help after being released from the Hospital. I felt so comfortable there and English was well spoken by many Employees All in all. I love this Hotel for the warmth and will for sure book again when traveling to Kusadasi I hope they can keep all their great staff in this uncertain Corona time because it is the staff which is providing the service that makes a great Hotel❤️ Ruth Balaban, Canada…

Visited in Summer '19 with my girlfriend and was positively surprised with this place. A well modernised and contemporary hotel with many great things on offer. We stayed for a week and definitely got our moneys worth. The staff were okay, not the best, but the animation team was incredible. They are great people and made the stay much better. The food was good for all inclusive, however there wasn't much variation, but that wasn't a huge issue. The pool was big and never overcrowded, the beach was always quiet, apart from the parties there some nights and overall the hotel was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cheaper getaway with family, friends or their spouse.
