I am a frequent Hilton customer and this hotel was one of the better properties I’ve stayed in. The building itself felt new, and was impeccably maintained. It is in true mid century modern style and I felt a bit like Don Draper upon arrival. The staff was courteous and all the covid protocols were in order. Upon arriving at my room there was fresh fruit and water. It was quiet and the view was spectacular - it’s on the north side of the main beach promenade so if you have a south facing window you see the whole expanse of town. Truly wonderful. The restaurant was open, with a nice selection of reasonably priced dishes for all tastes. There is patio seating where weather allows dining outside. A gem of a property.

The hotel it was to bad , the location it was good but from beginning I didn’t saw bellboy the security staff took my luggage to the room without asking me they took it and now it’s pandemic time it’s rude . I call the reception few times they didn’t answer . The hotel have few workers and this is not enough . For the cleaning they are not coming to your room while you order the cleaning normally it should be everyday . I asked for cleaning set up , one blonde lady told me we will bring your room but they didn’t . After I ordered for cleaning they forget the change room bins . The cleaning it’s to bad . And Breakfast I wait for egg 25 minute really this is shame for Hilton’s. They have a coffeshop in lobby floor I ordered coffe but it’s came a cold . I didn’t like anything in this hotel really bad workers , bad cleaning , bad service........…

Quiet hotel on waterfront so you can walk for sea view or to restaurants. Easy driving to Ephesus and all of the historical sites there so is the best place to stay in the area. Good full breakfast on the top floor.

Double tree Kuşadası is probably the best DT we've stayed. The reception staff have impeccable good manners. They welcome you with warm friendliness and professionalism. Nothing is a problem for them.The staff throughout have been hand picked. The hotel complex is around old tannery buildings which have been beautifully refurbished in to cafes and restaurants. The whole hotel complex is fresh and modern. The rooms and bathrooms are what you'd expect....very comfortable and ultra clean. The beds are so comfortable and immaculately clean. Overall, this hotel with its big corporate name delivers a very personal and genuine service. Unique for the name. Our thanks to DT staff Kusadasi. We will definitely be back. Very Highly recommended.
