Fabulous stay here ,rooms are beautiful & spotless clean , all the staff are so nice can't do enough for you , food here is also very nice . Pool is clean always sunbeds available. Very good over all but the price is high to stay here compared to other hotels of the same standard. That was my only downfall. Would I stay again, yes if the price was lower next Yr

Just returned home after a fantastic 2 week stay with our friends. Location is perfect, 5 mins walk to the seafront and only 10 mins in a taxi to kusadasi Town, this costs approx 25 lira (less than £3).
Hotel was great just what we wanted, clean, comfortable rooms with excellent service. Food was limited due to covid but what was available was very well cooked and presented.
Nuri (the manager) couldn't do enough for his guests, even arranged a personalised birthday cake for my wife (FOC). He was supported by a very good young barman, Souliman. Both of these guys couldn't do enough for us. It was a pleasure for us to stay at Happy Appts and we are now looking for dates to return next year. Which we are so looking forward to. Thank you Nuri, Souliman for making our stay so memorable

Stayed at these apartments from Sept 26th for 9 nights and loved it. The rooms are spacious with lovely bathrooms, the pool area is great with the swim-up bar. All the staff were brilliant very friendly, funny and nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing! Nuri - big chief barman/ chef and Thomas the sidekick was brilliant! The apartments were in a great location at ladies beach and a short taxi ride would take you to the main town. We walked into town and it took about 30mins. There are plenty of bars/ restaurants on the promenade within 5 mins walking. Would highly recommend these apartments and resort. I would normally go to Icmeler but now more than happy to return here ❤

I booked a late deal for some winter sun and cycling in the beautiful national park and Kusadasi region.
Happy apart is a short 5 minute walk to the ladies beach area ( a lovely bay with restaurants and bars overlooking the sea)
These apartments, staff could not go further to make your stay as welcoming and friendly as possible. The food is always available at fair prices and pool area never overcrowded. The bar is a good place to chat/ chill and make new friends.
Special mention to manager Nuri who will help with anything from arranging original Turkish spas to helping sort football tickets for the local stadium.
Kuşadası centre is well worth visiting and it’s a very short cheap taxi ride away or 30 min walk if feeling adventurous.

Just returned from a week at Happy Apart Hotel and had a great stay. Yes the rooms are basic, other than the modern bathroom, but they have everything you need for a comfortable stay - clean, comfy bed, enough space and air conditioning. The photos on all the booking websites are a true reflection of the rooms, so there can’t be any surprises when you turn up! What makes this hotel so good are the staff, the most friendly and hospitable hotel I’ve ever visited, Nuri and Sulayman especially, but all staff we spoke to were pleasant and friendly. Great hotel in a good location, with fantastic staff - will definitely return!

It was our first trip to Turkey and we weren't disappointed.
As soon as we checked into the hotel we were made very welcome as the staff are fantastic and the Manager Nuri was the nicest person you could meet and amazing at remembering everyone's names.
I highly recommend the Turkish night at the hotel as the food was really tasty and plentiful and the dancing was excellent.
The rooms have plenty of space and a great view, (we were on the 6th floor) the beds are so comfortable, we asked if we could take the mattress home. They are cleaned daily and towels and bedding changed every 3rd day.
The location is really good, just a short walk to Ladies beach.
We will definetly be back as we had a super time and nothing was a problem.
Thank you Nuri and staff, you made our experience very memorable and fun.

I was travelling with friends for the second year to Happy Apart Hotel, and this year was even better, I stayed solo and the room was on the Reception level, I felt very safe and welcomed by all tge staff, did my own thig and met with friends in the same accomodation. I loved the newly revamped room with balcony looking out towards ocean in the distance with olive tree for privacy, the bedroom locked and I had fresh room every day with new items when necessary, spotlessly clean place, rain shower and very modern apartment, two ring cooker, kettle, plates and cutlery. The pool and bar area was beautifuly kept and very relaxing and entertaining. The hotel is located close to ladys' beach and with so many options to eat in or out. I was very happy leaving hotel with my belongings there, I shopped a lot, the hotel is family run and very selective in their staff with a very high standard in keeping the place clean and fresh. I would highly recommed this hotel and will deffinetly be staying there again if I decide to return in the future.

Wow the happy apmentment was mint!! It was like our very own private apartment and pool with a waiter on hand whenever we need one. If we wanted food we got the best of food if it was drink we got the coldest of drinks. The room was super clean and cleaned every day. When we asked for clean towels we got. The team the happy have is five star and will be using again. Thank you for everything hope you have a good session

Just back from a week staying in The Happy Apartments I would genuinely recommend these to anyone planning a visit to Kusadasi, whether you are going alone or in a group. The apartment are spotless clean the pool is fab and food is delicious. The staff are amazing and treat you like family.It is definitely a place I would feel safe staying in if travelling alone. Absolutely loved it and that is coming from a person that has stayed in the same apartment when visiting Kusadasi for years and hates change..I definitely have been converted to being a Happy apartment fan.

Self catering apartments however whilst very clean, friendly and quiet with only ONE hotplate and a kettle not equipped to self cater. Small hotel just above Ladies Beach which is best accessed via pool area as very steep inclines outside front door. Not best for people with mobility issues and not if you use wheelchair. Norri, manager is a gem, and staff are helpful but have issues with English and cocktail making. Food available is to be experienced always a delight if we ate there. Pool good size, extremely clean and if you should encounter an issue they deal with it immediatelty (we needed a shower mat). Highly likely to return soon.
