We stayed there for 1 night. The hotel tell they are seaport but it's around 1km far from the main happening area of the seaport area. We book through make my trip for a sea view room, they give me a room where I can see only the neighborhood which is full of residential areas. The carpet in the corridor was smelly and dirty. There is no coffee maker in the room, wifi doesn't work. But all this they have promised. The hotel is in such a place the nearest restaurant is minimum 20 minutes walk, there is no grocery store nearby so that you can buy water & if you want to buy water in the hotel they charge you 10 TL which is 2TL in the grocery. The restaurant is a seafood restaurant. Other food is not available. The seafood is awfully expensive than the other restaurants. They don't have a menu, they charge whatever they want. They arranged grilled chicken breast as I refused to eat seafood , which was overcooked, dry ,tasteless, they served rice which was un edible. It unbelievable that they served this in Turkey!! Worst food ever I ate in Turkey. The worst thing was the breakfast. All over Turkey tour we had excellent Turkish breakfast buffet, which is mindblowing. Look at the photo of this hotel breakfast. They make this plate & serve us ,there was no buffet, no cereals, no juice. All the hotels we stayed was of same range of price. This hotel is a absolute no no to stay. They have the ability to spoil your holiday.

This hotel is located close to the Setur Marine. This location gives you many options for shopping and night life variations. Hotel needs renovation absolutely but if you do not mind it , this hotel is the best options with overall. Staffs are helpful. They are serving continental breakfast which is okay. I recommend this hote for all guests in Kusadasi

Most disgusting run down hotel ever. Pictures are no longer appropriate when you arrive. Indoor pool empty and derelict room. Outdoor pool hasnt been topped up in ages and waste high. No pool bar or indoor bar. You have to tell staff what you want without drinks menu!. Rooms disgusting and so dated. I complained and got upgraded to sea view suite which on first glance look lovely but so many problems - curtains falling down, no attachement for shower head, very stained cream carpets, toilet flush on wall does not work. Best thing about it was view. Staff have given up!. Parasol bases broken so kept falling over. Up a very steep hill on edge of resort. Noone spoke english and staff just look at you, I was the only english person there. Breakfast disgusting - no toaster, no pastries, no fresh cooked food (cold chips for breakfast!). Hard boiled eggs only. Poor, poor, poor. Plants around grounds all dead and full of weeks. Noone emptying bins or cleaning outside area.STAY AWAY

Not quite sure where to start with this review. So many bad things to say about this place. Given the lack of tourists due to the economic situation you would think they would have gone out of their way to make everyone's stay a good one, or maybe it was because of this situation that the service, cleanliness and lack of care was as it was. Ran out of hot water, breakfast was terrible, wifi kept dropping out, bathroom was filthy, carpets were dirty and stained, pulled the curtain at night and it fell off the rail! Its a little out of the way and we booked this through our tour agent. If we had other choices, we would never have chosen this place, When we arrived it was almost as though they weren't expecting us. The only nice thing about this hotel is the pool but even then when we asked for an extra towel they said they had run out. And there were 5 people at the pool! Stay away.

I stayed at this place for two nights. While my room offered me an excellent bay view, but the hotel itself fell short of my expectation. Located little away from the main attraction close to the bay, this place is rather off focused. The reception and lobby area is cramped, so the lift and the room. My room had a small balcony with a great view of the coast, it was lovely at night. The room was not that clean, bore sign of age. The bed was so so with semi-clean bed covers and pillows. The breakfast place was small and excellent with a great view of swimming pool and the coast over the pool. The selection of breakfast was decent, and a strolling coffee at the swimming pool over-looking the coast was the BEST part of my stay. Recommended for travellers who need little quiet environment close to the bay.
