The man who I believe to be called Mike who came over to us on the table was extremely rude to us ,and spoke to Sandy in a very disrespectful tone and manner, We didnt purchase anything but had a fun day lovely lunch great resort ,but Mike ruined our day with his attitude . Spent two weeks at this lovely hotel and the time there was excellent the food was great and the facilities was very good and maintained to a good standard also the people who work in the hotel were very helpful and friendly, the animation team who organised the day’s activities and evening entertainment were very good and also helpful and great fun, I would recommend this place to family and friends

Lovely hotel conveniently located. Rooms are clean and spacious. Entertainment is really good and the entertainment staff in particular are very friendly especially Sam very helpful nice man. Only negative I can think of is that the food isn’t the best there’s lots of choice but not hot enough and I personally don’t like Luke warm food.

Spent two weeks at the Ramada golf resort 24/09/19 to 08/10/19. Very large resort with four lovely pools lots of sunbeds available. Hotel is excellent very efficient and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable cleaned every day. We had a nice balcony with sea views. We stayed all inclusive which was fantastic with a super range of foods and drinks. There is something for everyone lots of choice for starters mains and a great range of deserts all very well presented and always quickly replenished when running low for such a large occupancy this hotel works wonders keeping everything moving forward in a very efficient way. We were a family of nine at the resort and couldn’t complain about anything at this well run establishment from reception to rooms dining and amenities. There is also an excellent animation team looking after everybody who want to join in the activities daily and evenings who are very professional at their jobs . Evening shows most nights inside or outside depending on the weather which is mostly outside in season. For anyone wanting a nice relaxing or busy holiday this is the hotel to visit. Run like clockwork very efficiently you won’t be disappointed. Will definitely return to this resort.…

Group of 4 - 2 adults in 2 rooms. Emailed ahead of trip asking for twin rooms close together. We arrived about 23:00 we were allocated ‘double’ rooms not twin. Reception told us we could not be moved but would make up the sofa beds. They did this fairly quickly. Rooms very clean and decorated well. Disappointment with quality of towels some very ragged. Only 3 coat hangers in wardrobe was told they would send 10 to each room they never materialised- thankfully we had taken some with us and left them so hopefully they don’t destroy and leave for next occupant. Several days we were without bath mat one day no bath towels asked for some to be delivered-took over an hour. Aircon was poor in our room reported but not fixed. Friends room was lovely and cool. Food was good always something new to try. Not a very large cocktail list that was a little disappointing but not end of the world. Swimming pools were very nice and clean. Sunbeds very comfortable. Spa was good but we booked a 45 minute massage ended up having about 20 minutes then applied a face mask applied waited to set then wash off and still out of the spa 35 minutes! Entertainment staff were very good. Overall a good hotel and would be happy to return.…
